I very recently bought a back and neck deep tissue massager.
I made an offer to the seller and succeeded to purchase this item at a lower cost.
It was a bargain
The supplier's communication was very good and when my purchase arrived I was more than happy with the back massager.
I often suffer from lower back pain and this massager will be a massive help in keeping the pain at bay

I ordered a monitor from this company which I received quickly but the monitor was broken in the box. I immediately contacted them to get advice and was told I would get a refund, This was over two weeks ago, no one will answer my repeated emails or chat and no one answer the phone. Appalling service. And still no refund.

I've had a couple of pallets from these guys. The 1st was delivered the next morning even after I messed up my address. And I picked the 2nd one up. The guys I met were very polite and friendly. Even offered to help load our car.
I had a mixed home and DIY pallet and I was very surprised how good it was after reading several not so good reviews.
This is 100% my new go to place will definitely be using them again.

Bought an HP Monitor that arrived promptly. Had an issue with it but the team resolved this incredibly fast and efficiently without any problems. 5* service and support. Highly recommended.

Is every item perfect? No, they’re not going to be. But thats part of the fun.

Pallet shipping has always been next day or within 3 working days.

I can't fault clearance outlet, the staff are incredibly helpful, replying to emails quickly (even on a sunday) and going out of their way to help provide me with any information I have requested. The first pallet I ordered was delivered efficiently within 24 hours of payment, and you get as you see in the picture/manifest. Have since ordered another and am looking forward to dealing with this company on a regular basis.

I have purchased 6 trade pallets over the last 8 weeks with Clearance Outlet and found the staff to be friendly reliable and honest and a real pleasure to do business with.
Having been in wholesale retail and especially clearance since 1988 I am warmed to see a business which trades fairly and considerately, the guys couldn't have been more helpful and approachable.
As for the quality of the stock, in the returns and clearance game you expect some returns to be winners and some losers as you take your chances - with Clearance Outlet I am glad to say I have so far come out with 5 out of the 6 pallets I have traded becoming winners enabling my Ebay business to flourish. Profits can be made with hard work and a bit of effort when dealing with this company as my business demonstrates. Keep up the good work!

Ordered item on 23/11/21. Item never arrived so requested a refund
They agreed to this but as of 17/12/21 I have still not received my money back.
All I have received is excuses from them regarding this

Bought a "tech pallet" cost well over £400 every single thing on the pallet was fit for the bin, they might as well have not bothered with the manifest because some of the stuff on it wasn't even on the pallet and the stuff that was on it was misrepresented or broken beyond economical repair, emailed them for a refund they offered £140 when I came back with a counter offer they started to ignore my emails, sent about 4 more emails trying to resolve the issue but I'm being ignored, I am sick of being ignored, left me no choice but to contact trades description over this matter

Wish I was writing a 5 star review. Ordered on Sunday and paid for a next business delivery and due to the time of ordering, I was expecting to receive it by the Tuesday at the latest. Today is Thursday and still not received my item. They are ignoring all emails and telephone number goes direct to a voicemail and again, no response. All very dodgy

Difficult to give 3 stars as Clearance Outlet appear to be such a good firm to deal with, as their service and communications are excellent and I would have normally given 5 stars, however, the phone I bought, whilst described as "used" was very used. The screen protector is going opaque through a great deal of use and will require changing and there was no gel case which is included by the manufacturer with this phone. My concern now is how much life has the battery got left in it?

Looks a dodgy website but bought a kenwood mixer £100 cheaper then retail and delivered next day, all good. Would reccomend
