ordered a tube and cover, the tube came in the wrong size and customer service was quick to send out the right size with a little apology gift. the tube cover is awesome! super high quality. i am encouraging all my friends to get one. definitely add the cup holder and straps.

Excellent product! I ordered the 44” tube with the heavy duty vinyl bottom for my 4 yr old son who is sensitive to cold water. After first use this week, it held up great and did exactly what I wanted it to, which is keep the water out. I called and talked to the owner about the product. He was very friendly and helpful in my decision. After my custom online order (on a Saturday), I received it in the mail the following Tuesday. Super fast delivery (from Colorado to Houston). Clear Creek Tubes makes an excellent variety of river and snow tubes that are VERY heavy duty and made right here in the US! I bought a set of (3) tubes for my family to use as a float tube on the rivers we camp near, they were so much fun to use! This is an internet based company that you can actually get ahold of either by e-mail or phone to get advice or replacement parts, I even stopped by their facility on our family vacation.

Our company rents canvas closed bottom tubes and kayaks to float the Arkansas River in Hutchinson KS. We have been in operation for four seasons and love Clear Creek Tubes. Had an issue with stems on the tubes once and they made it right. Highly recommend!

Have a friend that needed a bigger tube to make sure he didn't the rocks in the river. Big Bertha (60" tube) did the trick.

Received product quickly. Had a hole in one. Sent them a message a week ago and haven't received any response. Prior to purchasing had also left a voice message with questions and never received a call back. Seems to be a great product with poor customer service.

Industrial quality river tube set-up. This is "tour guide" quality products, nothing but thick, HD construction here, for the price, nothing any where online is even close to Clear Creek Tube products.

Tube cover ripped easily after just a few uses in the snow. Attempts to reach the company went unanswered. Very disappointing.

Best quality tubes available in Denver metro. A must need for white water tubing. Fast service and excellent customer service.

When I ordered it as a gift in January, I called with a question and "Tom" was very helpful. When I called in April with a question, Tom was equally helpful.
