Tube popped and they replaced it.
Package was a little late, but the tube popped after about 2 hours of use. I emailed them and they said they will send a new tube. New tube arrived as promised. Easy people to work.

Very cool product, reasonably priced and high quality. Quick delivery. I appreciate the options and customization (ordered the “right” colors and didn’t need the inner tube b/c we already had it). I’ll buy again in the future!

Great response time
Great response time. Items seem to be high quality but we haven't inflated and used yet. A little dissappointed the cushions weren't proportioned larger for the bigger diameter tubes. I would probably recommend skipping the cushions.
