Really nice and unusual bracelet. Wife delighted, her friends envious!

I have bought quite a few items from Clear crystal and all have been good. My recent purchase was lovely but not as advertised and I am disappointed that despite sending 2 emails, I have not been contacted about this matter. I appreciate it was a free gift that was not as described, but to get that free gift I bought something I might not have ordered otherwise. I have also noticed that some of the products advertised do not have sizes - there is a lovely crystal bracelet I would buy but as it does not have the size and as that email request has not been answered either, I cannot go ahead and purchase. In general I love the products and always buy crackers and calenders, all much loved by the family.... please improve your communication!

This item , is very sturdy made . My disappointment with it, is
the photos greatly exaggerate the size of the stones . This is put across as an expensive product , I bought 2 , one for myself and one to give as a birthday gift for my 50+ friend , but more suitable for a child or teenager

the bracelet i bought was too short for my wrist (i can't remember if this product was advertised with dimensions) but was very beautiful and served as a present for someone else

Couldn't place my order at first, but an email sent and answered very quickly everything went through. Delivery was in two days, and the quality was excellent as always. Have made purchases in the past and will do so in the future as have never been disappointed with the quality.

I loved the moissanite diamond collection, however i was a bit disappointed when i saw email of spent £30 or more and get the moissanite set free after paying a lot of money for the sets so that is the reason for 3 stars, as i could have saved a lot of money if i knew all you had to do is spent£30 or more to get the set free

I ordered some pink crystal earings was sent clear ones instead. Informed Clear Crystal of error and they promptly sent out the correct earings straight away. They apologised for error. I have sent for items before. Prompt service and lovely products.

I honestly can’t thank this company enough. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and genuine effort they showed was exceptional.
My daughter who has special needs, damaged a crystal reindeer that was from a cracker set we had brought 8 years ago!
She was truly heartbroken.
I decided to reach out to the company and ask if at all possible could I still purchase one.
The company were so fantastic that they found my order and replaced the item free of charge!
I didn’t think I was able to find the same one, but for them to replace it after all these years, definitely deserves a 5* plus review!!
My daughter is over the moon, and very grateful, as am I as a mother.

Disappointed this year with the items in the crackers. Ordered these for afew years now and items were not as expected. Bottle opener/keyring not impressed.
