Disappointed with these crackers, they felt thin and flimsy, the gifts inside, which was the main reason for buying them, were, for the main cheap and nasty. I had some of these crackers a good few years ago and they were beautiful, so I was really disappointed with the quality now. To be honest, if they are closing, then they should just go ahead and do so rather than rip people off. The only people remotely happy with the crackers were the children of the adults they were bought for.

Fast delivery, 2 free gifts which was a nice bonus. Only gripe is the quality of the jewellery in the calendar is Primark quality. If I would have paid full price it would be going back but for £20 including delivery I can deal with it. I feel awful the business is closing for the family that run it and only bought as I seen the Facebook reels. Support local businesses.

Scammers avoid!
They don’t deliver and if you receive anything it could be an empty box like mine - the bank have refunded my money after submitting evidence if the sh*t they sent me

Order never arrived.
They have ignored 5 separate emails asking for updates.
I have purchased from them previously but this is the first time I have needed customer services - so disappointed.
Am claiming back through my credit card

Not a chance these are genuine Swarovski crystals.

Returned my poor quality crackers, emailed several times and no response and no refund.

I’m now £50 out of pocket and being ignored.

I had to write a review in the hope maybe they may take action

These crackers are absolute rubbish definitely not worth the money DO NOT BUY , this company are ripping people off the contents are plastic cheap crap .Would never buy anything off them again

Your Christmas crackers were more like Christmas whackers..no crack.What a sham.Not even the mechanism inside the crackers to make a sound.You should be ashamed of yourselves.

A disgraceful service !!! I have ordered 3 items x2 crackers and an Advent calendar one set of crackers has NOT arrived and is now 2 weeks late I have written to them twice and all they give is a bunkem reply about hand made products and demand yet they are promoting additional work they cannot supply. Please go elsewhere an extra couple of minutes on line will find what you want rather than have the stress of dealing with Clear Crystal

This company is terrible. I purchased from them through ETSY which I have trusted before with no problem. I am still waiting for a delivery promised no later than November 22nd. I have sent emails to the address on their web page and to ETSY and both have been ignored. I see from other reviews (which I hadn't checked first!) others have had a problem.

Items arrived damaged (pictures provided) and seller wants you to pay return postage. No apology for the condition of items received in just a blanket of your not happy with the product return it to us for inspection in 30 days.
Annoyed but away to pay for postage to return- will post any updates.

Seller has now confirmed they will reimburse for return postage. Will update when they do.

I received my order from Clear Crystal quickly and without fuss. I am very pleased with my purchase, I have put the calendar and crackers away till Christmas, but have opened the jewellery and the watch. Although it is basically costume jewellery, I am pleased with all of the contents and will wear it all. My main upset was that the ring is tiny and only just fits my baby finger, but otherwise its all fine. Had I had the option to send ring sizes I would've given 5 stars. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely use clear Crystal again. Thank you.

I bought a bundle, the 3 jewellery items that were included wouldn't even pay 50p at a charity shop!

I emailed to query and when I said I wished to complain I have heard nothing since.

Metal faded after a few days and the “diamond” does not pass a tester customer service staff just get cocky

I just received my order of crackers and 3 luxury gifts. The quality is just awful. Cheap aluminium. I think jewellery won on fun fair has better quality. The value is less than a £10.

This Company has become more professional in its customer service. They listen to what the customer wants. Their costume jewellery is beautful. Packaging is very good and delivery is good. I ordered items and within 2 to 3 days arrived.

Just purchased the sun glasses, excellent quality and very stylish. I rate this company highly in prompt delivery, quality and response (if needed). Definitely my go to company for gifts and maybe a treat for myself, keep up the good work guys, the free gift is a lovely thought and very much appreciated.
