Brilliant service from start to finish! Excellent communication (sadly rather unusual these days) and fantastic work my roof is brilliant and he’s happy to come and do my little dormer roofs as soon as they are built too! Would thoroughly recommend Richard to anyone looking to make their roof look good as new!!!

Our house is nearly 30 years old and now thanks to Clear Green Specialist Cleaning Services it looks less than 5! Fantastic service, very professional and outstanding results. We highly recommend Richard and the house has been totally transformed, not only the roof but the brickwork and gables too!

Richard went above and beyond cleaning our paved drive. Not only does it look like new, he had taken time to explain each part of the process as well as giving guidance on how to maintain it in a hassle free way which was really appreciated. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to ask again when we ever need something doing.

Richard has done a really thorough job of cleaning our roof. When he came around to give us a quote and said it will look like it’s been painted once it’s been cleaned, I thought to myself - this has to be sales talk; there is no way these roof tiles can look like new. I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with the results. Richard has been really professional in his approach; clearly explaining the process he is going to follow, the time it’s going to take and the expected outcome. He stuck to the time scales, delivered the promised results and made sure all rubbish/mess was cleared away. Very pleased!

Very impressed with the results after Richard spent a week here removing at least forty years of moss and debris from our house roof, leaving it sparkling clean. He also included the front of the house, the terrace and much more. A friendly chap to deal with, professional, courteous and a hard worker. Thank you Richard and see you next year!

MrHenderson has been here a week and has transormed the appearance of the property. The roof is restored to its original colour and has been chemically treated and 40 years of moss and lichen removed. The groundwork has also been completed to an exceptionally high standard. Nothing has been too much trouble and several little freebies incorporated, including repairing an elderly garden ornament. He is a perfectionist and well worth the money. I can highly recommend his professionalism, attention to detail and very high quality workmanship.

Richard provided a fair and competitive quote for the work. He completed the specialist cleaning of the render on our 19th century cottage to a very high standard and finished by applying a biocide to mitigate the return of staining by fungal growth.
He was professional friendly and courteous, his knowledge excellent. He was a pleasure to have working at our home and we are very pleased with the job and would not hesitate in recommending his services.

As always, Richard did a brilliant job for us this week and we have booked him to come back to do more next month! He is has vast knowledge about cleaning roofs, patios and much more and we trust him to keep the outside of our home lovely and clean, tidy and safe!

Richard has cleaned our drive today and it’s brilliant!
He not only removed the usual moss and muck that accumulates on a well-used drive but also deep cleaned it to remove all the blemishes that aren’t removed with a domestic power washer. To finish he swept new kiln dried sand into the gaps between the blocks.
We are very pleased and can certainly recommend his work.
