We had job done by Richard cleaning out roof. A very professionally job ,nothing too much trouble replaced previous tiles and everwhe5 clean and tiles.

Richard made my white cladding, soffits, fascias and gutters sparkle in less than perfect weather - cold, windy and wet, a typical November day, leaving adjacent walls and paths beautifully washed down. He even cleaned 2 blocks of solar panels at no extra cost without asking. Hope this will be a regular visit now I have discovered him.

Richard did an amazing and thorough job.  He kept us informed and updated throughout. We are very pleased with the fantastic results, our roof looks like new.  The before and after pictures taken using the drone are great.  Richard genuinely cared and delivered a professional service. Richard worked very hard even though he was held up a couple of days because of bad weather, he professionally cleaned our old roof and subsequently treated it with biocide to inhibit fresh moss and lichen growth. After the cleaning process he removed 50 years of moss and dirt from site and gave us assurance that the integrity of our roof was still good.

Richard has just finished a full clean & biocide treatment of our roof. From day one he gave a clear explanation of the work involved and put no pressure on us to have it done. Prior to undertaking the work Richard introduced himself to our neighbours, on completion of the work he ensured we were totally satisfied. He left everywhere clean & tidy, including neighbouring properties. Richard sent us before & after pictures he had taken using his drone, the difference is amazing. Good value for money & a true professional, friendly person. We will be using Richard for biocide treatment in the future.

Job well done. Also, my grandson enjoyed having a fly of the drone Richard used to show the condition of the solar panels, which were very shiny after cleaning.

Clear Green recently cleaned my guttering and roof. When I first enquired he couldn't have been more helpful, he explained different ways he could clean and treat everything. He wasn't interested in trying to get me to choose the most expensive just what was best for me. He fitted me in the same week I rang despite being over 20 miles away. Richard was very polite, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very good experience, Richard turned up when he said he would, worked hard, was very polite and courteous. He cleaned up after himself, took all rubbish and debris away and left our bungalow and hard standing spotless. He also delivered against his cost estimate, with no hidden extras. Very impressed and happy, will definitely use him in the future.

Richard engaged in a detailed discussion to understand the problem we were addressing including satellite images which prevented a possibly expensive personal visit.
An exact quotation was given and an approximate date which was only days away .. agreed.
Confirmation of definite arrival was received.
The work was completed on the specified day very professionally adhering to safety regulations. The outcome was very successful and the site was left as clean as one would expect.
We will have no reservations in asking Richard to consider a future problem of a similar nature.

Mr. Richard Henderson cleaned my Roof and panels on my roof plus my gutters! he did an excellent job! He worked non stop from 9:30 am till sometime 6…7pm , it took him 4 days !

From our initial consultation, right through to completion, Richard was very informative, professional and competent. He explained the process of cleaning our roofs and gutterings clearly, which made us feel confident that we had chosen the right person for the job. Richard went above and beyond what we had expected, by helping us with a few other jobs that also needed doing eg. Fixing our guttering, cleaning our sandstone window sills, to name just a couple! We were very impressed with the ariel view shots of before and after that Richard took of our roofs, and couldn't believe how good he had made them look! We have recently moved into a 90 year old house that had never had the roof touched until we decided it needed some TLC. We are in complete shock what the results have turned out like, the roof looks brand new!! Richard was very knowledgable and had an eye for detail. He went out of his way to fix gutters, the odd loose tile and unblock down pipes all within the package. Highly recommend Richard, top bloke.

Just had my 35 year old roof cleaned by Richard and Adam of Clear Green Specialist Cleaning Services. The job took two days and it now looks like new roof. The gentlemen who did the job are very thorough and professional, they use a drone to supply before and after pictures, and videos, and the difference is remarkable. They couldn't have been nicer or more informative and they cleaned up all the mess, incuding my gutters and windows before they left each day. They finished with a chemical coating that should keep the roof looking good for a few years. I am well impressed, a brilliant job at a realistic price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had our roof cleaned and Richard did an amazing job with the tiles, they look as if they were new. He went above and beyond to acommidate with out time restraints. I can honestly say Richard delivered a fantastic service from start to finish was very professional throughout and extremely knowledgeable in the products he used , We would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone that is looking for someone reliable and trustworthy and just as importantly do a good job my old Victorian farmhouse has been given a much needed face lift , We cannot thank him enough nothing was too much trouble.

Exceeded our expectations on how clean our roof and soffits came up. Exceptional service, always checked with us about his work, ensuring we received the best service. Even went out of his way to try to find something to clean off the flashing. Gave us a full update/description of what he was doing and any issues that he came across, that needed to be addressed in the future. He also took before and after photos, so that we could really see/appreciate the difference. We really pleased with the result and glad that we went ahead with this work, as it means that we know our roof is in good working order. Having seen a number of local roofs cleaned by Richard we asked him to clean and biocide our twenty year old moss laden bunglow roof. The result was excellent! No more moss or lichen and colour restored. In addition our patio and paving was slippery and discoloured. Richard has cleaned them back to like new and are now safer to tread. An excellent job all round! Highly recommended!
