I recently added the ClearHalo Dining Table set to my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. From design to durability, it truly stands out in so many ways:

While the furniture wasn’t what we were after, we were very happy with the customer service who processed a refund straight away.

I ordered a blue chandelier for my new born room looks just like as advertised, very sturdy, arrived in perfect condition,

My ceiling light took 6 weeks to arrive. Unboxing it took another 6 weeks only to discover the light shade was creased and out of shape. I raised this with customer services and they said this was normal and part of the design. I was offered a 10% discount which I accepted after finding out that it was going to cost me £70 to return the damaged item to china. Now I have a cheap looking crumpled light hanging in my front room which cost £170 (after discount). Product is low quality and not as advertised. I would not order from this company again.

My clear halo experience has been amazing ! my mum ordered a living room light for above our dining table, the light came within the expected delivery timing and it was so easy to assemble !, it is one of the prettiest lights and it came with a remote control aswell to change the lighting it’s amazing, would highly recommend and definitely re order in the future

My experience with Clearhalo has been exceptionally disappointing and frustrating. The item arrived significantly scratched and bent, rendering it unfit for purpose and not of satisfactory quality.

Despite clearly stating my intention to reject the faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and providing multiple photographic evidence of the damage, Clearhalo repeatedly attempted to offer discounts (first 10-15%, then 60%) instead of a full refund. They also insisted on a standard returns process and unnecessary additional photos of the box, which is not applicable for faulty goods under statutory consumer rights.

Their refusal to acknowledge their legal obligations to provide a full refund and arrange collection at their expense has led to a prolonged and stressful exchange. The company's customer support has been unhelpful and has consistently tried to circumvent consumer protection laws. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Clearhalo due to their poor product quality and unacceptable customer service when dealing with faulty items.

Shipping experience has been very poor. I still have not received my order. I placed an order on August 3, 2025 and still have not received my order. The website states "5 - 10 business days" of dispatching time and up to 30 business days for transit time internationally. Therefore, the latest the order arrives should be September 26, 2025. However, it is now October 12, and the order still has not been delivered. Very disappointed with the shipping service. The customer service is responsive and nice. However, the shipping times have made my experience very poor with Clearhalo. I am hoping Clearhalo will make things right with my order.

The ordered arrived well packaged in a wooden create. I did take some effort to unpack the items, however, the tabletop arrived in one piece. There were some scratches on the legs for the table. However, when I reached out to customer service regarding the damage and shipping experience, they offered to make things right by issuing a partial refund. Although the shipping experience was poor, the customer service made up for the experience.

Really happy with these lights! The hanging lamp looks stylish and gives a nice warm glow, and the wall lamps are solid, modern, and look great on the wall. Good quality and easy to set up — highly recommend!

I’m really happy with this purchase! The solid wood chest of drawers is beautifully made, sturdy, and looks even better in person than in the pictures. The natural finish gives it a warm, timeless feel that fits perfectly in hallway

The shipping time was exactly as stated and the item arrived in great condition, well-protected for transit.

Customer service was also excellent—very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend both the product and the seller!

Response the change in order quick and efficient. I misread the measurements of a sink that I ordered and had to cancel. Response was speedy and I got my money back.

Bought 2 large wardrobes from clearhalo,
After several emails and waiting 3 months I still have not received my items. Also they only start making once you pay and takes over 8 weeks to complete then have to wait for shipping which did not disclose that items would take longer than 3 months to arrive

Clearhalo made a shipping mistake but their customer service did everything they could to quickly fix the issue. Customer service is very respectful and understanding of issues and complications that occur when shipping products between countries. They were ready and responsive to resolve an issue when a mistake was made.

The light is cute, creative, and perfect for a kid’s room. Quality feels solid and the design is fun. Shipping was straight forward customer service is helpful and easy to reach.
