Chandelier looks great. Opening the packages and assembling the chandelier takes a little bit of time. The packing of the pieces was very good

Their prices and shipping times are very good. But they ABSOLUTELY EXCEL at customer service. We ordered 3 hanging lights. Our install required unique parts, that don't ship standard with any light (from anywhere). I emailed their customer service, who answered me right away, found a part that would work, and put it in our order free of charge. Super positive experience!

I really liked the sconce I had ordered but realized I could not wait the designated shipping time. I emailed them an asked if they could cancel my order and they responded the next day and had already canceled it. No hassle! Great customer service!

Quick delivery, product well packaged and looks exactly as appears on website! The only thing was I did not receive any tracking information so I had no idea when the package was arriving (which can be frustrating when it says up to 30 day delivery time)

Good delivery timing

The experience is bad. I bought a light on the website. Then I know the product shipped from China. It was hold in customs for 3 weeks. When I really got the light, it already 2 months pass by. It also use a special bulbs you can’t buy in home depot or any us store. Took me another month to figure out what kind of bulb it needs and where to buy it. The product does not specify what type of bulb it need on the website or with the product. If anyone have that amount of time and talk with customer service, then go for it. I don’t recommend this website to buy any of their products.
