I’m honestly beyond disappointed with Clearlidz. I paid a huge amount expecting decent quality, but what I got was a defective product with multiple issues—extremely loud noise, water leaks, and excessive heat. Completely unacceptable.
When I reached out to request a return, they hid behind their “no return policy” instead of taking responsibility. If you’re selling a defective item, the least you can do is make it right and give the request of the customer —but they clearly don’t care.
Customer service was no help at all. They just kept giving me the runaround and offering useless, improper resolutions.
Save your hard-earned money and avoid Clearlidz. This company does not stand behind their products. Do NOT buy from them.
