No Fees or Charges
ClearLoans doesn't charge fees for applying for a loan, paying your loan off early or making a late payment. The only thing you pay is the interest agreed before the loan is paid out.
A cheaper way to borrow
Our guarantor loans are around 30th of the interest rate of a payday loan and are regularly featured by price comparison sites as one of the cheapest options for anyone borrowing $3,000 - $15,000 with a low credit score.
Paying off your guarantor loan
We've thought of as many ways as possible for you to repay your guarantor loan. Regular payments are made by Direct Debit, but you can also pay by card over the phone during office hours. Interest is calculated daily so you only pay for the time you have the loan. If you pay the loan off early, you pay less than the agreed amount, even if you pay just $1 off early, you stop paying interest on that money immediately.

Absolutely incompetent, unfair and rude!!!
Lost hours due to covid 19, have been trying for 2 weeks now to arrange for help from them, Emma never returns calls, Tina blatantly lies on what was discussed, and now today they have decided to deduct money from my account leaving me with not one sent to feed my family, and their response is and have been oh I have no idea how that happened and we will have to call you back yet no one ever calls back!! I have recorded these conversations as back up and will now lodge a complaint with Fair trading, Ombudsman and lodge a complaint with my bank!!!
2 Weeks to set uo an arrangement and it is still not done, with no intention to help!!!

I have not had a good experience with…
JohnI have not had a good experience with these people. I went guarantor for my daughter. She now has lost her job because of the coronavirus. She knows she will get her job back. My daughter ask if she can put off payments for awhile. These people are very cruel and told my daughter no then proceed to tell her she needs proof. Which she is happy to do so, but in the meantime money was taken from my bank account, instead of giving a little with love and compassion they gave nastiness. One time my daughter paid her account after taking her money they double DIPPED and stole money from my account. When it was demanded to refund my money they said no. But in the end they did refund me. Things like this should never happen. I have said i dont want to be guarantor anymore. I asked for the paper work with my signature on it. I recieved paperwork but it was not my signature. I have been told its done electronically. No, it needs to have my signature. Anyone can draw up papers and put any thing on it. Im now going to change my bank account details and so is my daughter. When she gets her job back she will be happy to finish paying off her line. My daughter is a victim of the coronavirus. They asked for a centrelink statement of mine, in which i sent off to them. But they used my information to get into my centrelink accout just to get my bank account details. I never gave them permission to do so. This company are sleezy and ver dishonest low life people. They are liers, manipulating people. Thinking about going to the police to file charges against them
