Amazing it came early. I only trust clearly for my contacts. I wish you could my eye tests as well. Skip the optometrists and just use clearly for everything. I love you thank you so very much!

I must admit I was very surprised to receive the contacts so quickly - almost two weeks before the provides date of delivery.
What I found extremely frustrating was that I couldn’t purchase contacts for one eye only. I only needed one side and ended up purchasing two sets for one eye. Now when I’m ready to purchase the next, I will be needing one side.

Order with free shipping was delivered faster than expected. Package was delivered and concealed behind my screen door, out of sight to anyone passing by, which was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve been a longtime customer and reordered contacts. When I submitted my order and the confirmation came back I immediately noticed that the address was incorrect, even though I used apple pay the address was my previous address on the clearly account.
As per their instructions and note that I can cancel within 1 hour, I could not do this. I tried calling, no answer, I tried the chat, was connected but never connected to anyone to actually chat and so I sent an email….all within minutes of the order being placed.
I received an email back finally 2 days later only to tell me it was too late!!!
While they understand there was an issue and my frustration they could and would not do anything and told me I would have to retrieve the package. Well that’s not going to happen…they were mailed to Calgary AB and I live in Kelowna BC!
I have mail forwarding with Canada Post but they don’t forward packages, even small ones, so no luck there either.
Now just crickets from Clearly.
FYI here is there policy on the order receipt:
“Need to cancel?
We start preparing your order right away. To keep things moving, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of your order being placed. You can manage your order by contacting us.”

After 15 years of using them, I will shop elsewhere!

Price is right, fast service and a lot of great offers.

The parcel came to Kelowna and then returned to Surrey. We received a message yesterday at 8.44pm saying it had been delivered at 11pm. We could not find it. I looked again this morning and still nothing.
