Defective Lens

I placed my order on April 30, and received my order yesterday May 4. This morning, when putting in a brand new pair of contacts, it was apparent that one of the contacts was flawed. This is not a visible flaw, rather something you can only feel on the surface of your eye. After changing my contact lens out, the issue was rectified. Unfortunately, after calling your customer service desk, it was apparent that you are not willing to do anything with a defective lens, and rather this is just my loss. Very disappointing. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I emailed and spoke to 2 CSRs to have the shipping address. corrected well before the order was shipped, and they still shipped it to the wrong address.

No problem with Clearly *until today*

I've never had an issue with Clearly until now. I placed an order a week ago and just got an email today telling me that actually the frames sold out before I ordered them. Why would it take a week to know they're sold out? The email was very jokey about it when it's actually a frustrating situation. Then I went to the website and clicked Contact Us and selected the email, but it didn't work - I got an auto-reply saying the box isn't monitored. Why is it listed on the website then? Then I chatted with an agent who told me that there's no way for me to know if an item on the website is actually in stock or not, and I would have to contact them before I placed the order to make sure. What on earth kind of ordering system is that?! How unprofessional and ridiculous.

I’m beyond impressed with the service

I’m beyond impressed with the service. The delivery was remarkably quick (ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday). The packaging was careful and the little candy surprise made my day. Highly recommend this company for their speed and attention to detail!

Clearly is doing a great job except…

Clearly is doing a great job except with their choice of couriers. The product arrived quickly but ICS is useless. The driver never buzzed my condo and I know this because it comes to my cell phone. The driver stuck a notice on the building door with no address as to where to pick up. On one past occasion, I picked up at a Loomis facility. This time, when I googled ICS address, I got sent to a non-existant location. Finally found my package at the Loomis facility. ICS Drivers need education!! Clearly needs to ship via Canada Post....in my opinion!

I love my glasses

I love my glasses. I got my eye pupil distance wrong which made them a little big for my face but the glasses it self are amazing and I love the case them came in as well as the glasses cleaning cloth which has the funniest message on it which I think made it even better

So many pop ups pushing me to buy…

So many pop ups pushing me to buy glasses. I just want to go to my old orders and re order. Had to re verify my email and then none of my old orders were even there. Then the "free" shipping promo has a $9.99 handling fee added anyways. If your goal is to piss ppl off, that's how you do it

I ordered an order after I changed my…address and could not correct the problem, I was charged and order sent wrong

I ordered an order after I changed my address, checked my order right after I made it. It was being sent to an old address, even though I changed the address. I did virtual chat which said she would cancel my order, three hours later I received notice order shipped to the OLD address. I was told 47 days to refund. Even though I cancelled the order.
Was told to go and pick up order at my old address. REALLY? it was a gated community. Cant do that. Did a chat again to have refund and order reversed. Told too late sent already. Today I received a notice the order was delivered to the OLD address by canada post. I am so distressed over this whole order. I tried to correct the problem within the order and changed the address but changes were not saved. If I dont or cant receive the order why am I being charged with a return required. So unhappy
