Yes my agent did super great explained everything in detail

A very patient and understanding representative. We did have to conduct up to 4 calls together due to no fault of The Representative. I was doing my part to contact physicians to confirm that they take Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

It was very easy and my agent was very knowledgeable at getting me the best plan that fit my needs.

They were very helpful and explained things very clearly

This is difficult to write. My agent went out of her way to give me the best options and thoroughly analyze all my choices financially and health-wise. She put enormous time and care into learning all my needs as far as Medicare goes. And in the end, I feel like I had my needs met and am enrolled in all the best plans that fit my needs.

With that said, the amount of time it took was extremely stressful, and more often than not, in my view, it was due to the agent's difficulty with navigating the very systems that she needed to use to match me up with the best plans and to enroll me, as well as an overall inability to remain focused and efficient. Conversations went on for over an hour almost inevitably as we skipped around from one thing to another, or she struggled with some online information or form. On numerous occasions I found myself asking whether she had done a certain task before and, if she had, how it she could be having trouble with it. Other times I almost had to forcefully redirect the conversation because she would have skipped to something entirely different.

One case in point is that the agent was on the phone with me while I submitted my Part B application along with my employer's form. But she failed to tell me that I needed forms for all my employers going back to age 65. That set back the Part B enrollment by a week. How could she not know that or say something while I was filling out the forms?

So, I really don't know what to say. I'm happy with the result, and certainly the agent was friendly and extremely hard-working on my behalf, yet I also feel like it might have all been wrapped up in half the time.

The company was able to walk me through the new insurance and most was accurate, but unfortunately they said certain doctors took the plan, when in fact they did not. I guess the advice I’d have would be trust but verify. Losing one long-term Dr. because he doesn’t participate in my insurance plan was a drag.

My agent was great! Explored different plans and options and helped me find a medicare plan that works great for me. Thank you again!
