They are a bunch of SCAMMERS

They are a bunch of SCAMMERS! They catch you off guard during your vulnerable moment, trying to go through the TSA line and they pull you to the side. Unaware if this service was a NEW thing or an unnecessary thing.
Contact a representative of CLEARME.COM and they wouldn’t give me back my full refund but…they offered to give me 50% off! Meaning only $99 back! No way! I canceled my credit card and call them fraudulent! Please let your family and friends know.

Horrible experience, Lied to at airport

Horrible! Signed up at the airport and was promised free TSA precheck if I completed it in a week. I did, yet they charged me anyways and refuse to refund my money. Over an hour wait on the phone. They will lie to you and do everything they can to NOT help you.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Use anyone else,
but them. I scheduled an appointment at 10:45am and was told when I arrived that the person was at lunch until 10:55am. Two other parties were waiting to be seen as walk-ins. I was told, “I don’t why they allowed you to make appointments. We’re short staffed. They need to take that down. We don’t offer appointments anymore. You will have to wait. It costs $21 to park at the airport. If you park for less than an hour then parking is free. Yet, I had to wait due to no scheduled appointments, but I was offered one online. How much that sucks! This customer service is horrible on the phone and in person. The person says, “well that is corporate greed for you. They don’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction.” Customer service by phone is non-existent. Horrible experience all around!

Poor program/Poor execution Feels like a scam.

The process was presented by the sales rep as taking two minutes and at no cost. The enrollment took three times as long and resulted in a membership that I was required to cancel.
I did cancel the membership within 24 hours and received a charge on my credit card for $199. I went to the website and 'chatted' with their AI and cancelled the membership. They immediately tried to get me to accept the member ship with a $100 discount...I declined but have to wait for the $199 to be credited back to my card.
The entire process was misleading and on review of how it all went down, feels like a scam. Poor program. Poor execution.

I FEEL SCAMMED BY CLEAR. BAD BIZ

I accepted a trial. AND CANCELLED IT ONLINE BEFORE THE 7 day trial period ended. Turns out I WAS still charged. Due to health issues, I discovered the charge after their limit for refunds. NOW fighting to get a refund which they claim I am not entitled to. Also the service DID NOT WORK as stated. I think this is a scam and NOT WORTH IT.

This company is a big ripoff!!

This company is a big ripoff!!! I applied for my KTN 2 months ago with no response. I contacted CLEAR, and they brushed me off as not their problem, even though they got paid to process. STAY WAY "CLEAR" of this company. They can't do their primary job of getting you a KTN, then try to sell you $199 of useless services.

Not worth it...

I have been using Clear for years now and find that the efficiency and convenience have declined significantly during that time. My most recent experience is a good example. I first waited in the regular Clear line, was then told I had to go to the Clear precheck line. I went to the precheck line and waited behind six people. I wondered what was the hold up and realized they were taking turns with the TSA and Clear precheck lines. TSA had one or two people waiting and several slowly walking slowly into the entrance. When I arrived at the front, I assumed it was my turn because the TSA group had not made it to the front of the line yet, I was told I needed to wait because they were taking turns between the two lines. So I literally waited for them to arrive at the front of the line so one of them could be checked in first. Crazy! I wondered why people pay an extra $180 (or however much it costs these days) to get Clear vs TSA Pre. When the Clear assistant waited for the slow group to walk to the front in TSA in order to give them a turn instead of letting a couple of the Clear people through who were already waiting at the front, I couldn't believe how dumb the whole scene was. It took longer to go through Clear vs TSA! We were told they had to take equal turns back and forth (even though it wasn't even equal). So I guess my question is: Why get Clear when you can have TSA for a lot less?

Horrendous and Horrible! Do not purchase!

I would like to give this company negative stars but that is not an option so I will go with a one star review to be able to post this. Do not use this service! It is a complete rip off!! I used this service one time which was the day I signed up because barely any airports have this service available. It’s expensive and not worth it at all! If you have TSA precheck you especially don't need this scam. I just got a notice to renew my subscription for over $300....Hell no! This rip off of a company should pay me for the hassle of me trying to get reimbursed for this lame ass service. Absolutely terrible!!!!
CLEARly a rip off!!

Clear Rushmypassport is waste of money

I use Clear to move quickly through TSA, works fine but its very expensive (even if a travel credit card covers the first year, its still expensive come year two).

Cleared has partnered with rushmypassport to expedite passport renewal. This service is a scam. Don't use. Rushmypassport charges you $251 to fill out the form, and then you still have to pay $241 for the government fees. On top of that, the customer service for both Clear and rushmypassport is trash.

I should have gone to a FedEx office that offers passport services or the post office - honestly, this would have been better than paying $251 just to fill out a form and get a FedEx label.

When I tried to get a refund, I was told I couldn't, even though it is taking them more than 6 weeks to process my passport renewal.

Seriously out over $700 for terrible customer service and for partnering with a company that is rated 1 star by the BBB.

Scammers. Check your credit card statement!

Would give zero stars if possible. They nabbed me at the airport for a “free” two-month trial. Before that period was up I saw that my card had been charged $199! Spoke to their online “digital ambassador” and they fianlly agreed to cancel and refund. After offering a half-price membership!!!that’s a no. So beware and always check your card statements. I see that several others have complained of the same thing.

It's a scam

CLEAR will happily collect all your personal details, but it will in no way verify you for anything.

I've come to this conclusion after a week long frustration, providing the document images in the best possible quality, with best angle and lighting, only to still get rejected, with support giving generic responses and not telling me why my valid document is being rejected.

I don't know why LinkedIn uses CLEAR for verification, but I hope CLEAR goes out of business and gets substituted by solutions that actually work.

Worst LinkedIn vendor ever

I haven't been able to verify for months. I've used my passport, my gov ID, I have my personal phone with verizon, and still nothing. This service is broken. I am not sure how LinkedIn trusted on this vendor. They are messing with people's opportunity on landing a job. They don't provide customer support (only a bot that takes you to a dead end)

Lesson Learned

Lesson Learned: Do NOT stop at the Clear TSA Pre-Check. Yes the trial is free (if you remember to cancel it before 10 days), but once they take you through the 15 minute per person process - 15+ minutes better spent in those Long TSA Lines - there's apparently a possibility that you could have a "pre-existing ID" signed up with them... News Flash, I've never had an account with Clear OR TSA PreCheck, not to mention I've only had my Real ID for 2 months. Pre-Existing ID my ass...

Even if it had worked out, who the f@#k wants to pay $190 per person per year to get Pre-Check? There's literally no scenario that you couldn't have brought your ID with you to the airport.

DO NOT INTERACT WITH CLEAR REPRESENTATIVES. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CLEAR. DO NOT, JUST DON'T.

Its garbage

Its garbage. I did everything correctly, and the app would either not allow me to take a selfie, or when I did successfully the govt ID step it would drop through and not allow me to take photos of the ID.
