The team at Clear The Lot were transparent, efficient and timely, from the initial site visit through to providing a quote and completing the work.
They also kept in touch throughout the job, providing regularly photo progress updates so that expectations were managed.
Would absolutely recommend the team for any garden/site clearance work and we will definitely go to them first for any similar work in the future.

Mark, Stuart and their colleagues were friendly, polite and punctual. They did a great job of removing substantial wooden decking from the garden, as well as clearing some very tough ivy from the front of the house. they were very efficient and left the place tidy. Communication was clear and prices reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

Excellent service and definitely recommended. I was able to book them to clear my mother's house whilst overseas. The Stuart and Mark who arranged the clearance were knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I was able to get the house cleared, quickly and efficiently the following day after making an inquiry. In fact what I imagined would be an all day job, took 4 hours to empty a five bedroom house. The employees executed the clearance in a professional and friendly manner, making the task a lot easier to bear. Unlike many other companies they delivered on what they said they could do with no false promises. Once the job was done, they did a basic clean and sent me before and after pictures. Three sheds, a nissen hut, a greenhouse, all the packed contents removed, the site leveled and the garden left clean and tidy. All done in a day.

Mark and his team were nice to have around and worked really hard to clear and demolish a large shed, dig up an old concrete path, and demolish two walls in my garden. All in a day. And swept up after they’d finished. Couldn’t ask for any more.

Clear the Lot did a great job of digging out hardcore and rubble from our garden left behind by the builders. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in a few hours. They were courteous and helpful and cleaned up after them

Clear The Lot provided a fantastic service throughout our Garden Clearance. Upon enquiry they came over and provided a very competitive quote. It involved a lot of concrete removal. They finished the work in less than a day with 4 men on-site. They levelled the garden and took away all waste. They also organised a skip and a digger to be on-site during the works.

It's much cheaper than hiring a landscape gardener - great for getting a garden back to a blank canvas to work with.

I found Clear the Lot via the internet. Their website was informative and I liked the fact that it talked about relevant licenses and included before/after photos. Mark who was my main contact was really helpful and friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. This was the first time my family and I had ever had to deal with a house clearance and Mark and his team were extremely professional and helped us every step of the way. Adam and Omar were great and their sense of humour really helped to keep our spirits up for the three days it took to clear the property. The whole process went extremely well and you wouldn't believe it was the same property after everything had been cleared. They were also able to deliver the items we were keeping into storage for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them. A lovely bunch of people!!

Brilliant company, immediate response to initial enquiry, follow up telephone calls and text messages to let us know when they would arrive, nothing too much of a problem, did over and above what we asked them to do - polite, enormously helpful, turned up on time, smart and got the job done, couldn't recommend them enough.

I would fully recommend this company for your property clearance services. Fast efficient removal of garden waste, general rubbish and shed contents from my garden. Works Included fence replacement to a high standard, thanks to all involved. Very happy.

Have used this company several times over the last few years. December 2017 used them to clear the surplus furniture and other items from my house before moving. Did the job efficiently and with care always checking anything potentially sensitive found with me. Cost was reasonable too. Even checked in with me a few days later to see if I needed any more help with the move.
