Good, competitive pricing. They turned up for the appointments and fitting on time and everyone was considerate around the house. When one piece of glass was delivered with a crack, a replacement was ordered immediately and refitted a couple of days later. We are very happy with the results.

Firstly, I approached Clear Vision for a quote for a solid conservatory roof + some glazing replaced because I'd seen other customers note that there was no hard sell, I worked in this industry many years ago and was fully aware that it can attract nefarious characters and some utterly cringeworthy sales techniques like pretending to phone somebody to get a special discount etc. Was pleased to find that these reviews offered an accurate portrayal, never felt any pressure to sign anything. We contacted one other local firm with a decent rep who were booked up for months so didn't come to quote.

I'd done a bit of research into local prices for what we were having done (definitely found there to be a bit of a North Yorks premium!) so knew that the price offered by Clear Vision was decent.

Did have a couple of teething problems/snags but I suspect these were the result of us taking a short notice cancellation slot for installation, most importantly they were resolved to our satisfaction and without argument, again... having worked in the industry years ago, I know that this isn't always the case either.

Ultimately satisfied with the end product and the price paid, decent firm, also all the sub-contractors (plasterer, electrician etc) were all professional and seemed like decent chaps too. Would use again, would recommend.

I was put in touch with Clear Vision and another window company through Instagram and had quotes from both. I decided to go with Clear Vision because their quote was cheaper but their windows were also of a very high quality. Within 4 weeks of accepting the quote, my existing windows were measured and replaced with brand new ones that had trickle vents. I am really pleased with the quality and look of the windows. Installation was quick and the team were efficient and friendly.

Everything from start to finish with Clear Vision was excellent, very informative at all stages, great advice and options explained at every step along the way, the fitting team only needed two days to put in our kitchen door and two large windows and worked smoothly around a couple of little unforeseen hiccups with no issues. The doors look like they have been attached to our kitchen forever! - already.

I contacted Clear Vision about replacing my front and back doors. From the friendly, no 'hard sell' appointment with the sales team to the actual fitting of the doors it has been a positive experience. I am very pleased with the quality of the product, the installation work and the price charged.

Really happy with my new window. Timing was as expected and the fitters did a good job.

Having had a number of estimates and meetings it was only Clear Vision who could demonstrate how efficient the roofing system would be to my existing conservatory without any pushy sales banter. Nick from the sales team having agreed works kept to his promise and delivered the works along with the fitters who were also excellent. We are at present awaiting to arrange other works via Clear Vision as we know the standard of works is to a high standard. Thank you all at Clear Vision for making the works so smoothly undertaken.

The whole process has worked well from start to finish. Nick in sales was very honest ,confirming a start date that suited us best. Mark measured up ,not once but twice to ensure the factory received precise measurements. Adam and Dave arrived on the agreed Monday morning along with the new roof ready for construction. They had finished by Wednesday ,the roof was water tight by the end of day one. Electrician Charles put in place the wiring required for lighting on Wednesday before arrival of the plasterers, Rob and Billy. They fitted the insulated plaster boarding on the Thursday and had finished plastering to a very fine finish by Friday. All trades cleaned up well and were very polite throughout. It was obvious that all the guys involved have many years of experience between them. Very pleased with the end result.
