I love my new case
I love my new case! It’s very sturdy and vibrant and the design is so beautiful. I did have a tiny misunderstanding about the location and which shipping company would deliver my parcel, since I found that the tracking website a bit confusing, however the people at Clementina were very quick and helpful and solved my questions!

Refund issued, but the resolution process was lengthy and required multiple escalations
I placed an order with ClementinaItaly.com on 30 January 2024. Due to an autofill error during checkout, the shipping address showed the correct street but the wrong country (USA instead of Germany). I informed the company immediately.
The company stated that they would resend the product only after the original parcel was returned. This did not happen, and after more than a month, I still had neither the product nor a refund.
I requested a refund, and when it was not provided, I initiated a chargeback through my bank. This process was decided in the company’s favour, and the amount was charged back to my account on 4 April 2025.
Following this, I contacted the company again, provided the correct address, and asked them to send the product. The company responded that they could not proceed until the chargeback case was formally closed and they had received the funds.
On 2 May 2025, after I posted my initial review, the company contacted me, confirmed that they had received the funds, and issued a refund. The money was returned to my account shortly afterwards. They also offered an apology and a discount code for a future order.
I appreciate the eventual refund, but the process took over three months from the date of my original order and required escalation via my bank and public review before it was resolved.

Dear Kalina, Thank you for your review, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. When an order is placed on our website, it is processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. Because of this, there’s only a short window during which order details—like the delivery address—can be changed. If we are contacted in time, we always do our best to make the requested changes. If the address can no longer be updated because the parcel has already shipped, our standard procedure is to wait for the package to be returned to us. Once received, we are happy to resend it to the correct address at no additional cost. If the parcel is lost on its way back, we either issue a full refund or reship the items—whichever the customer prefers. We consider a parcel lost if it hasn’t returned within 14 days for EU orders or 30 days for international ones. In your case, you have initiated a chargeback before the parcel could be officially considered lost. Once a chargeback is opened, the payment is frozen by the bank and a formal investigation begins, which can take weeks. Unfortunately, during this process, we are unable to issue refunds (funds are locked) or reship orders until the bank resolves the case. Eventually, the chargeback was decided in our favour and the funds were returned to us. Despite winning the chargeback case, we still agreed to refund you and have issued a full refund. We’re very sorry for the frustration caused throughout this process and understand how disappointing it must have been. We always aim to handle situations fairly and respectfully, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Great customer service! I ordered 3 cases and one of them was for a different iPhone and they were kind enough to e-mail me and ask if I was sure I wanted one of the cases for iphone 16. When I told them I made a mistake they changed my order.

Perfect fit & packaging!
I was very pleasantly surprised, when I came across Clementina in Instagram. Fresh, unusual and original designs, for a large variety of cell phones. I ordered three cases (for different phone models) and when they arrived I was happy to see that each one came in individual packaging, just as unique as the cases. Moreover, the fit is perfect.
I am very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely be buying more for the summer.
