I recently had the pleasure of having Clements Estate Agents help me secure my rental property. Josh and Zak have been amazing- very professional, helpful and quick to respond to any queries either via email or calls.

Zak even went above and beyond to drive to the property and take a video of the parking, just to reassure me. It's been a very pleasant, seamless experience in what can be a stressful time. Thanks to Clements Estate Agents. Definitely recommend them.

Myself and you young family viewed 3…

Myself and my young family viewed 3 properties with Harry.
He was professional and knowledgeable on the properties. He also listened to our criteria and showed us various price points. Didnt try and sell us something we couldnt afford like other real estate companies.
I would definitely contact Clements if you are looking to buy a new property.

Amazing Estate Agents

I can’t recommend Clements Estate Agents in Hemel Hempstead highly enough. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding. The agent was professional, proactive, and genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome. Communication was clear and consistent, every question was answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A huge shout-out as well to the manager Carl Woods who clearly leads by example. Their support, expertise, and hands-on involvement made a real difference and gave me total confidence throughout the process. You can tell this is a well-run team that truly values its clients.
If you’re looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with, this team is the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Sold my house far far too low a price.

Contacted me about 18 months later asking for further business

They are very greedy for money and do not care what price they sell for as long as they get their commission.

Try to get you to sign a contract to say you will pay exorbitant commission.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Clements have been amazing from start…

Clements have been amazing from start to finish..nothing has been too much for them, lee and Sarah made everything stress free and relaxed for us, I would thoroughly recommend...professional, friendly, going above and beyond..brilliant!

Disappointed

I think that staff behaviour is led by people at the top.

The only person who is polite young boy that answered my call, the letting staff I spoke to are rude beyond belief, they don't listen and are not willing to accept that they may be wrong or that there is a compromise to be reached.
Exceptionally disappointed.

Awful customer service

If I could give Clements zero stars I would. We rented a property with them for four and a half years. Every interaction with them was slow, frustrating and unhelpful.
Their handyman, Nick, was the worst building professional I have ever interacted with. They sent him for every job needed on the house and he never showed up on time. Sometimes he never showed up at all. All his work was shoddy at best, seriously dodgy at worst. He'd 'mend' things that then broke again within days. The bathroom constantly leaked into the kitchen, he'd arrive, claim to have fixed it only to have the leak reappear within hours. He would do half a job, then would leave with an excuse and not come back. He left rubbish and mess everywhere, never clearing up after himself. He painted half the kitchen, left and never came back. He took the blinds down in the sitting room and never came back to put them back up. Clements didn't seem to care at all and outsourced the chasing of him to me - which didn't work anyway! I can't believe that Clements continue to use him given how poor both his work and time keeping is.
Clements staff were always polite on the phone but seriously unhelpful when it came to getting things done.
Moving out of the property was a farce - they sent an inventory clerk who was using an inventory for the tenants before us and so was completely inaccurate. When we questioned this with Clements they stopped replying to any emails. Neither did they acknowledge this error which had the potential to cost us hundreds of pounds.

I've rented a lot of properties through a lot of letting agents, and I have to say that Clements was the worst.

if I could give 0 stars I would! Ive never experienced such rude and unprofessional people. First of all Sasha was nothing but belittling and Jeremey well I have no words. I am shocked at the way these people speak to there customers when all I wanted was a little bit of help

Rude and obnoxious

Having purchased a house previously with Clements, we invited them round to value our property along with some other local agents. Several weeks later, after much deliberation we decided to market our house with an online estate agent, primarily due to the much lower cost. We were surprised to receive a phone call from Ben (the manager at Clements) on the morning our house went on the market. He was extremely rude and confrontational, questioning and criticising our decision not to market our home with him. We have never encountered such UNPROFESSIONAL conduct and would certainly not consider using Clements again, or recommending them to family and friends. They obviously realised they had overstepped the mark as we came home to a letter of apology posted through the door. Unfortunately this will do little to change our poor opinion of them now.
