I have just received an item from Cleopatra's Needle less than 24 hours after ordering a herb pillow . I am beyond impressed .

An order for crewel wool was placed through Cleopatra's Needle in July however there was insufficient hanks of some colours required. I was advised via email that there would be a delay in fulfilling the order as they wanted to provide hanks from the same dye lot which was greatly appreciated.
Due to this contact I was able to add another item overlooked my original order. Each step of the purchase process was communicated clearly - from the point of accepting the order to shipping to Australia. Extremely helpful staff. Thank you.
