Ordered a container from these guys after nearly being scammed by two other supposed companies. They were very friendly and quick to get me a quote over - which was a very good price compared to similar. Once we agreed cost and payment sent the container arrived just over a week later. Delivery was hassle free and put exactly where we wanted it and the container itself a very good example with very little use -we ordered a standard 20ft pre used. Would recommend.

the ordering process was easy, the adviser was very helpful and lead time was good. the only issue was that padlocks were included in the order and were dispatched seperately which wasn't ideal, despite that i would recommend cleveland containers.

Purchased two 40ft container conversions in 2022, and unfortunately, the paint has peeled significantly, leaving unsightly flakes scattered throughout the yard. One container was converted into an office, but the windows were improperly sealed, allowing water to seep in.

When the team visited in early 2023, they appeared indifferent to our concerns about the windows. It’s now clear that the Cleveland workers failed to apply an undercoat or primer, as the respray is peeling, and the containers look worse than ever—an eyesore that we're embarrassed by.

It’s a shame because we've bought many containers over the years and have since switched to Container Direct, who provide a much superior product. Had my complaint emails been acknowledged, I wouldn't be compelled to leave this review. Unfortunately, the company has chosen to ignore me, prompting this review.

Can’t fault them. Staff were very helpful and container delivered was in great condition.

Ordered a steel storage container and all the main bits to put it together were missing, there is non in the country have the customer has to wait for them to come from Germany.

The guys at Cleveland were extremely helpful and forth-coming with all the information I needed. Once my order had been agreed and paid for, the containers arrived within 3 working days and were sited perfectly. Would highly recommend using Clevenland Containers.
