Don’t bother

Avoid. If you want a reliable service go elsewhere. They can’t even be bothered following up on Enquiries. They used to be good now they are trading on past references.

We recently had our kitchen updated by…

We recently had our kitchen updated by Cleveland Kitchens. Paul and his team provided superb service helping make the choices of quality doors, handles, lighting and extractor fan. Fitting the new doors were completed expertly in one day by Shaun and Colin. A small issue with the extractor took longer to resolve due to short supply, but it was resolved by a patient and friendly Brian. The results are fabulous and have really given our kitchen a new lease of life. Many thanks for an excellent job Andrew & Sandra

Amazing Team

Could not thank Paul, Brian, Jay and team enough. They have been amazing from start to finish. The job was replacement doors and work tops. The Kitchen looked like a whole New Kitchen refit. There was a little issue once the job was done and again came straight out and dealt with this. Nothing was too much trouble. Great team. Would highly recommend.

Visiting Cleveland kitchens was the…

Visiting Cleveland kitchens was the best decision we've made.

Firstly speaking to Paul who visited our property on a couple of occasions to help us with our vision .

Paul was so knowledgeable and quickly guided us to finalise what we were looking for .

The whole removal of the old kitchen and fitting of the new kitchen was completed in 5 days by Jay and Gary .They were friendly , funny and professional, nothing was too much trouble , they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the overall fitting .
This included tiling and plumbing,

The electrics were completed by Callum and Josh , again prompt and efficient in there work .

Not forgetting Brian who organised the whole process , to ordering the goods and getting a prompt fitting date .And kept us updated at all times

I would fully recommend cleveland kitchens , and I'm so thankful I was recommended by a friend.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. We visited the showroom & printed our building drawings out & Paul drew a rough sketch of what we wanted layout & storage wise. Picked out cupboards& told we’d have the drawings emailed in 2/3 days with rough price & that we could then tinker with the colour & worktop material later on. All seemed good. 3 weeks later nothing. Chased by phone twice left my phone no & email again.
Finally emailed by paul on 4 March - alarmed to see he didn’t know how to help me & didn’t have my phone no! “To to honest I'm finding it a bit difficult to help you I know we had a very general conversation but I don’t have your phone number if you could email it to me I will give you a call if this ok.”

I replied as follows ensuring to give my email, address & tel no to help track me:-
“ Dear Paul
I am very confused.
We attended your Liverpool Showroom on 9 February at 8:45. I emailed you the attached proposed building plans from my work email xxxxxxx and you printed them off and then designed a rough draft of our new kitchen, taking into account the fact we would be moving the utility wall out a bit to give us around 60cm from the utility door to the wall.
We discussed what cabinets we wanted and the T shaped island (with storage in the seating area and a sink and dishwasher in it) and where the fridge would be and a large storage cupboard.
You then said you would get the draft drawings to us in a couple of days, with an estimated cost. You said we could then tinker with it and the materials we wanted.
We left our address -xxxxxxx
I have given my telephone number to Kieran twice to pass on - it is 07xxxxxx
This was therefore much more than a general conversation.
To be honest, it is coming across as you not wanting our business at all, and that we must have made a wasted journey to you in February if you did not retain any of our draft plans, or our details?

Please explain.”

Just received phone call from Paul- first sentence to me was “I don’t appreciate your email”. Verbatim.

He said he couldn’t email me plans as he hadn’t measured- but yet in the appointment he had our printed to scale drawings- and these were fine.

He spoke over me & was rude & never apologised for any miscommunication- had he done so I would have accepted people lose things or misplace files.

When stating I didn’t expect to be phoned on a Sunday and told straight off the bat my email wasn’t appreciated- he said he wouldn’t phone on a Sunday then!

I’m still none the wiser to what has happened.

I’ve lost one month of my kitchen planning progress and my time to a company who doesn’t care & who you cannot obviously trust .

With all the other companies out there, ensure you find one who will appreciate the money you’re spending !

Talk a good game but that’s all.

Talk a good game but that’s all.

Excellent sales support but project management and customer care is sadly lacking. We are in week 9 of our kitchen fit and potentially two/three weeks to go. The wrong doors ordered several times over. Not one apology. We have several projects to do including a pantry, another kitchen and fitted wardrobes but we won’t be using Cleveland again.
