Thank you John Gedney

John - I admire you taking Kitchen World to task. I considered taking legal action myself but I had suffered so much stress dealing with Kitchen World for over 2 years I decided it was time to move on.

If you read the google reviews for Kitchen World you will see that my 1 star review was the first to be posted. It was followed by a flurry of 5 star reviews. I totally agree with you that some of the reviews have been written by staff. In fact if you refer to the review posted by Nick Ellison there is a photo of a kitchen with a very distinctive red work surface. I recognise that kitchen it belongs to Bob Capron the owner, he showed me it on his tablet when I was trying to choose my work surface.

And yes Eleanor you are right I had work done by someone called Steve.

I did post a review on Yell at the same time that I posted my google review. For some reason it has disappeared so I posted it again recently.

Hopefully our posts will not be discovered by Kitchen World until they have been read by lots of customers are they can see our 1 star ratings are a true reflection of the kind of service you can expect to receive from this very unprofessional company.

Realised after a few days site work…

Realised after a few days site work that Kitchenworld management were not going to give a quality job and upset by demands for "extra" money so I cancelled the contract. It took 1½ years and Court action to get the majority of my deposit back. They then demanded extra time to pay. I would be very wary of the financial stability of a company that needs extra time to pay back a few thousand pounds that they have held now for nearly 2 years. Check out their web site. I think the dog is in charge. Not holding my breath waiting for them to say sorry!
