Under stairs storage
I was introduced by a stair fitter to clever closet I contacted them and made a deposit of £50.00 within 3 days a surveyor visited my property done the measurements and within another 3 days my storage was fitted by a very professional contractor by the name of Murray. The job was very neat and tidy. I could not have asked for more . Murray is very polite and professional did not waste time and punctuality was top tier. Money well spent. Please book your storage space installation with Murray you won’t regret

Great Service Overall, Outstanding Installation by Steven

The team who handled the process were excellent from start to finish. However, I would note that there didn’t appear to be an effective client file system, as I was contacted by several different people with the same updates and questions.
The fitter, Steven Samson Webb, who carried out our installation, was outstanding and easily deserving of a full five-star rating on his own. He kept me informed throughout the day, explaining everything I needed to know about the product and how to care for it. He also ensured we made the best use of the space, achieving a result that looks as good as possible.

A really fantastic experience
A really fantastic experience. Our fitter Ian Williams (account number 102725) was efficient and friendly. The customer service leading up to it was helpful and friendly and flexible. The persons who came to measure and deliver the parts were all friendly and efficient too.
Honestly, from end to end we had a great experience and have a fantastic looking, fully functioning product which has really given us such great storage.

Our under stairs storage was installed by David Franks account # 104905. He is an absolute legend and extremely skilled at what he does. Very polite and patient. He took his time to make sure every fine detail was right. He also left the place clean and tidy after carrying out the works. David went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure perfect craftsmanship! It is hard to find honest and skilled craftsmen like David in today’s day and age! Thank you David for being a legend!

We are very happy with our experience from start to finish, including the work carried out by our fitter Josh Jones.
Clever Closet have a seamless process which is super easy for the customer, from payment of the deposit, surveyor visit, customer service updates and the fitter coming - all was so easy. Even when I missed a call, it was made again and a follow up email. So good when you are busy and don't want to miss something.
Josh Jones our fitter - wow ! We have had many a trade come to our home and he was excellent. His work is immpecable, such attention to detail. He was kind and easy to talk to and worked well around our young kids who came home from school half way through the fitting.
The end result is amazing, better than I expected it to be and we are really happy.
Thank you to Clever Closet customer services, sales and of course Josh. You are all brilliant.
