I made an order for 10 rolls of filament last year, 28/11/25. After a week, I selected the option for part shipment. And so they sent me the colours that they had in stock and would send the rest at a later date. Three rolls had arrived by 9/12/25. They were of great quality and I have had no issues printing with them. It’s now 1/03/26. I haven’t received the rest of the order. And every time I check my account. It says my order isn’t in stock. There is an ‘expected delivery’ of when each colour reaches them. But every month, it resets to the next month. So 4 times it has now said they will get the colour next month. I’ve sent email today. Requesting some more information on my order, whether I can get a refund or they can send me extra filament for the inconvenience. But it is a Sunday so I’m not expecting a response today.

It’s now 11/3/26 and I have received all the rolls. I’m very pleased with the filament. But it did take a while. I assume they made a mistake, hence the delay.

Only part of the order arrived, been waiting for more than 6 months now - no replies to emails. Absolute scam.

Absolutely shocking I have been waiting almost 8 weeks for my order, Rodger the owner has stopped responding to my emails after giving up and finally asking for a refund. Do not use this website it is a scam

have placed multiple orders now initialy all seemed well at first only partial items araived , no update and no contact detrails sceptical to order again

Initially, I was sceptical, but after ordering some Polo shirts (excellent quality), I was very pleased with the customer service and personal contact.
I then went on to order the 3D printer, which was a hefty commitment, and received the same treatment.
