Very innovative, sophisticated, and reliable software. The customer service is also impressive. Joy responded promptly to our concerns and resolved them to our complete satisfaction. I paused the service for a while, but will definitely subscribe to KidsGuardPro again. My son is now 3 years old. I can recommend KidsGuardPro 100%.

While the software didn't work for me, I did get a full refund after working with the support. The demo needs to be scrutinized very carefully, and I think needs to be improved to feel more like the final product, because it starts off fully setup and so you don't know what you're looking at.

Contrary to other reviews, the company issued a refund on time after sending feedback on the problems I was experiencing with their product (my PC didn't have enough space to run it). Dora was very helpful.

I've tried the synger ap before this one. The customer service people were idiots. I'd ask question and they'd say I needed a subscription for that feature. Which I had 😒 then they'd say I needed to pay $300 more to upgrade. I've spoke with different apynger agents and ultimately had to figure out the ap was a waste of money, only half ass worked, and only one rep seemed to know anything.-Joshua. I've reached out to customer service a couple times with clevguard and they always know what I'm talking about and have an answer. I love the 30 day money back guarantee and the different subscription lengths. Also the free 3 day trial. Clevgaurd also comes with MANY more features than spynger. Worth the money in my opinion. Sara is one of the great customer service agents with clevguard.
