Bought an iPhone 7 for my girlfriend for Christmas works perfectly so far

I bought an Iphone 8 for my daughter early November. I was concerned as I read bad reviews online regarding the company. I tried to contact Click Via FB and email for reassurance on my order but never got any satisfaction. I eventually got through to a mobile number and the man was very helpful.He explained there was a delay due to Black Friday. The phone arrived and is in perfect condition. I just wish the customer service had been better to put my mind at ease.

Everything as it was described, very happy so far with the product. The only think that I was worried is the charger didn't work,but they sent me another one asap...I would recommend this company to anyone.

Read some bad reviews which caused me concern as to whether or not I would receive my phone at all. Can only speak for my own experience but had no problems at all delivery was a bit slow but it was Christmas , phone was in perfect condition and all emails were replied to promptly. Happy with my purchase. Would buy from click again.

Please read whole review .....Ok so i had a bad experience last year were a phone never arrived for christmas and i had to dash out and buy one on christmas eve ( i must stress this was with another company ) this year i was worried the same thing would happen and contacted the seller a number of times , first off every call was answered or returned if not amswered straight away which gave me great confidence in the company , no hiding away just straight answers and when we recieved the product with the upgrade bundle it was in perfect condition and the gear that came with it was top notch , Will defo be taking advantage of the double click guarantee and can honestly say i was 100 percent happy with the price , the product and the customer service and i wish the company great success under the new management .

Delivery was delayed several weeks however did come before Christmas, phone is in good shape and price was very reasonable.

I ordered an IPhone 8 recently, the delivery did take a little longer than usual but this was due to Christmas delays. The phone is in perfect condition and I got it for a great price.

i bought an iPhone 8 on black Friday and it was great value and the phone is working perfectly. delivery was quick also, within 7 days.

Ordered an iPhone 8 for a Christmas present, it was delivered within two days which was brilliant but I paid an extra €50 for a case, speaker and a power dock. The speaker doesn’t fit the jack for an iPhone 8 and the box was missing a power cable. I contacted Click.ie on Facebook and heard nothing back, replied to the email which I arranged delivery and was also ignored. Not great customer service.

Ordered before crimbo , had no problems at all, wasn't expecting a proper apple box so that was a bonus. Very happy

This is my third phone from click. Always had a good quailty phone. Was missing stuff from black friday deal but was sorted pretty quickly .

I received my daughter's iPhone 8 before Christmas, 10 days to be delivered but I expected this. The phone was in great condition and to date we have no problems. We can upgrade in 1 year for a further €100 which I think is a great option

I have previously purchased an iPhone with click.ie I was very happy with this purchase. Since then I purchased 2 iPhone 7s for my children for Christmas one was faulty so I contacted click.ie as to what to do next I followed the instructions and returned the phone. But all attempts to contact the company have been fruitless. I am truly disappointed by this. No new phone replaced as yet my child is upset as I cannot tell when she will be getting her phone . Also earphones omitted from boxes and speakers not compatible with iPhones.
Click.ie have got in touch with me and promised to resolve these issues. I will be a satisfied customer if this promise is upheld. I will update my review then

Well got my daughters iphone 8 delivered on Sunday and wow it came as new in box unlocked with charger, ear phones, mini speaker, new pro protective screen, and power bank all as new in packaging.
I was very apprehensive after reading reviews here after I had purchased but my experience was all good.

Absolute disgrace of a company. Offering a return policy up to 14 days and then keep blanking me when I ask for a refund. Returned the item it was sent by registered post and signed for. My messages are sometimes ignored otger ti es i get a rwply a day later saying they will send out a new phone the phone doesn't arrive and neither does the refund. absolute joke the worst customer service ever

I ordered the pre-Black Friday offer about a couple of weeks ago. It showed up today and in great nick. I changed the colour after ordering it as well and they were super helpful! Lets hope this makes a good Christmas present

Seems Ray is back to his old tricks. Ordered the phone still not here no dispatch email and won't answer the phone. Coward
