I don't know where to start

I don't know where to start. It's almost 4 am and I am unable to sleep because of click.ie. I waited two weeks for my order with no contact from them whatsoever in regard to it's status only to be further let down when it did eventually arrive with bad scratches on the back and a scratch on the screen. I physically dropped it back to the Maynooth store as I was advised that it was not possible to return it to their head office. 10 days on and I have still to hear from them in regard to my refund. They don't answer any calls or reply to emails. I managed to get hold of someone in the Maynooth store who informed me that all he can do on my behalf is forward on my emails but I feel like I'm being fobbed off. I'm beyond distraught now. This money is so badly needed for Christmas. If anyone could tell me where their Blanchardstown office is exactly I would be grateful.

Ordered iPhone nearly 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. Phone never answered . Just rings out. Emails ignored.
Completely uncontactable.
We are actually planning to drive to Navan and bang on their door looking for phone or refund on the spot.

Click.ie - False advertising

Placed order in good faith. Alot if my hard earned cash taken from my bank. I Got order number nothing else. No tracking number given. False promises made!
Two weeks on and Still waiting on phones to be delivered. No one answers phones, emails, messenger, fb nothing. Phone number advertised diverted to a sub company that's no dealings in phones only photocopiers. Rang various stores no one answers or returns call.

This is not a professional company. Customer service a joke. Needs to be investigated immediately.

Disgraceful Customer Service

Ordered a phone a month ago online and advertised fast delivery. A month on and still no phone. Rang customer services about 25 times only to be greeted with mailbox full message!! Sent eight emails only to get an automated reply that someone will be in contact very shortly. Got through week last Thursday and was told I would have it the following day. Did not arrive. Eventually got through today after letting it ring for 9 minutes!! Was told that they process 1,000 phones a day and she (girl called Lisa) would ring me back before 6pm with DPD tracking details. I asked her twice was she really going to ring, she said “I promise I will ring you back”. Surprise surprise no phone call. Going to send another email and try and call them again to cancel.
