The postage let you down
The postage let you down! Paid for 24hr delivery but didn’t arrive. More frustrating that it took Click2 over a day to respond each time I emailed for help. No refund possible due to terms and conditions but a gesture of goodwill offered by way of a code everyone uses anyway! My meds arrived warm and as such don’t seem to be working as they should. Massive difficulty having someone in to receive my medication with the issued PIN necessary for postman to release my medication when it doesn’t come on stated delivery date.

Your order was placed on 13th June over the weekend, approved on 14th, and dispatched on Monday 15th June, which falls within our standard 1-2 working day processing timeframe. Unfortunately, the subsequent transit delay was caused by Royal Mail and is outside our control.
Regarding the delivery charge refund, as outlined in our terms and conditions, the 24-hour service is an aim rather than a guarantee, so we're unable to refund postage in these circumstances. We do appreciate that this is frustrating, and we hope the goodwill gesture we offered goes some way towards making up for the inconvenience.
Regarding the temperature concern, we'd recommend contacting us directly at Hello@click2pharmacy.co.uk with your order details so we can look into this further and advise you accordingly.

Took 3 days to approve a medication…
Took 3 days to approve a medication which in the end was denied labelling the fact I CAME OFF opiates almost a year ago, apparently I don't have the right to quit smoking using help because of my opioid remission history.
Would not recommend, 3 days for approval and needed me to chase them, otherwise i'd be charged and the medication would stay being approved for eternity. Would not recommend.

Our prescribers are required to thoroughly assess all medical information before approving any prescription, including reviewing NHS records where necessary, to ensure that remote prescribing is safe and appropriate for each patient. Prescribing decisions are made solely on clinical safety grounds, and we are unable to approve medication where a prescriber has determined it would not be appropriate to do so. Due to GPhC guidelines, we are unable to share the specific clinical reasoning behind individual prescribing decisions.
We would encourage you to speak with your GP, who can provide personalised advice on suitable treatment options to support you.
