I was always pushing and pushing this thing and never had the time to finally dissolve our corporation as the amount of paperwork it takes is just too much and I never had time.. Clickdissolve fortunately took care of things and I am very happy!

We didn't need to go through all the bureaucracy and got our company dissolved with no hassle, all thanks to this service right here. Their team is amazing to work with and they know how things should move in a particular order to make this process as smooth and easy as possible.

I needed quickly to dissolve my company and ClickDissolve came to my rescue. It literally took them just a few days to sort things out and thus managed to save me tons of time and stress. I can't thank them enough. Definitely a world-class service!

Are you’re a gambling man/woman? because dealing with them will be hit or miss depending on the day it seems by some of these glowing reviews. It took 2.5 months for them to complete a simple dissolution (Delaware). Don’t be fooled by their website and verbiage about their great and prompt customer service. Their phone number will ALWAYS go to voicemail no matter the time of day. You will never speak with a live agent. Even when you leave a message, no one will return your call! It takes over 24 hours for them to reply to an email. You won’t have access to your documents as they state. They simply upload the forms you originally signed for them onto their portal. There is no way to verify that they actually sent the dissolution request to the governing body. My attempts to check with Delaware Division of Corps for a status was unsuccessful because they stated although I was the owner of the company, I wasn’t the submitter of the request, therefore, they could not provide any info to me. So imagine the frustration of not getting a response from Click Dissolve (the submitter) when asked for a status update. To top it off, their IRS filing is NOT free! It’s a $75 extra fee. They billed my card without my permission!! I demanded a refund. They are a misleading company. Save yourself the headache.You have been warned.

Signed up to have my LLC in Texas dissolved. They helped me with getting a tax clearance certificate, and then use that to file the dissolution with the state. My LLC got dissolved after 3 weeks. I have good experience with this company.

I signed up for this service because I have a simple case to handle in Washington DC. Filling out the paperwork online, I was shocked to see that DC was not listed as a choice and it was therefore impossible to complete the form correctly. I immediately contacted them by phone and email to request a refund. They do not answer the phone, asking you to leave a voicemail. Despite saying they would get back to me within 24 hours, more than 48 hours later they haven’t responded and I have not been issued a refund.

Update: after mentioning this review, they issued a refund. I have changed the rating to two stars.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. My attorney filed papers to dissolve my company. This company sent me an email saying that I needed to pay a $250 fee, which I did. My attorney told me he had already paid the fee, so I contacted this company and they refunded my money, less a processing fee. What, a processing fee for trying to rip me off. They should be ashamed of themselves! I wish I could give them no stars.

What's to say. They took my money and I signed an agreement. Haven't heard anything since except that they would provide a copy of the dissolution request, which they didn't. That was in July 2022. It is now January 2023. Don't expect to get any response to my request for a status, I sent today.

Never saw any progress. Always another form to sign and charge to pay. The signing service also tries to sign you up and "automatically" charge you in the future if you don't stop the "subscription." Too vague for me.

Payed my fee of 130. Waited about a month and they gave me no updates at all they ignore my emails when I request for an update. When to see if my business is still active and after about a month and it was. They are not professional. If I had to do it again I would go with another provider.

ClickDissolve did a great job when I came to them for help with the close of my LLC. They handled my case with ease as they have had a lot of experience and are very knowledgeable. Their fees are much more affordable compared to other legal servicing companies. They only asked me to fill out a few forms and they took care of the rest for me. Their turnaround is fast and efficient. The team is very professional and highly responsive. I couldn’t be happier with their service and would highly recommend them to those who need to close their LLCs.

Do not use Click Dissolve, I started the process to dissolve my Nevada LLC back in February and I have no idea what the status is since they do not respond to my support requests or update my case status at all, they simply take your money and ignore you.

Completely waste of money as I'm not even sure they have filed a single document with Nevada SOS. Terrible experience.

Good service with relevant price & accurate process

Thanks to ClickDissolve and the excellent service provided by their dedicated team, the dissolution process of our corporation went smoothly without a hitch. Their attention to detail and great communication skills made the experience even better than I expected. The price is surprisingly affordable and all I have to do was signing the paperwork they prepared for me. Their customer care agents were extremely attentive and they answered all my inquiries. They also ensured that I took all the additional steps correctly after closing the business. They also solved the problem regarding the pending report I had with the state. Their team members have a caring approach and are truely professional. I want to express my gratitude towards them for their speedy and efficient services. I was able to complete the process within a few days thanks to their attentive and alert presence. I would love to recommend their company to anyone who needs to dissolve the entity.

Signed up to dissolve an old company that has never done a single business transaction for some piece of mind. The initial offer from them felt like a fair price, but every step along the way they ask for more money. Don’t think they actually close your business for the amount quoted, they will ask for 3-4 times as much throughout the process! (And that’s for a business without a single transaction) I could only imagine how much they would ask for if prior income/ taxes had been filed. STAY AWAY!!!

About a month ago I used ClickDissolve to help me dissolve my California's LLC. I reached out to them and they walked me through all the options, the steps, and what paperwork I needed to complete the process. They were even able to give me suggestions where I could go to get copies of old paperwork that I needed. Even though I had to make several trips from start to end for the paperwork to dissolve my California's LLC to be completed, I really think the ClickDissolve team provided a great service for anybody needing legal business help.

The prices I think are quite fair, and they explained to me all the charges I would owe. I can't recommend them enough for the great service they provided me. My franchise restaurant LLC was dissolved correctly, and I got all my follow-up questions answered. The personalized service I received left a lasting impression. I have already recommended ClickDissolve services to other business owners in my area in case they have any needs.

The only thing I would suggest is that they should include an online chat box. A few times between visits I had a few quick questions that I wished I could just text away instead of making a phone call. It would have been nice if I could have just chatted online while I was busy working on other things. Still, the service I got from ClickDissolve far exceeded my expectations.

Plain and simple horrible service. I'm currently dealing with them and their business practice is in my view unethical. They are slow, communicate poorly or not at all and their customer service is predatory at best. I'm trying to get a refund from them and they are giving me the runaround. I've dealt with the owner Marianne Brewer and their customer service and not only are they dishonest in their approach to making business with you but they are also bad at what they are doing. I've used them for an LLC Dissolution and they used the wrong state to do so. Worst legal service you could find on the internet.
