Saved me so much time!

When the order to close all bars due to covid19 was issued, my business didn't have enough fund to survive and unfortunately we had to close permanently. The procedures to close down the bar was lengthy and complicated which I did not have time or patience to deal with. It is a frustrating process. Fortunately, after researching about services that would help me, ClickDissolve with their price was too good not to try out. I am glad I did. Their professionalism and communication were top notch. The process then became a lot quicker and easier. All I had to do was answering some questions and sent them a couple of my paperwork, and they handled the rest. Now I just hope all this COVID19 situation would go by.

Click Attorney was very fast in…

Click Attorney was very fast in handling the paperwork to close my Texas's LLC.

I was racing against time to close my business before the new year started. The local attorney gave me a quote of $1200, and Legalzoom price was $439. I went with Click Attorney mainly for the price ($95). I'm glad i did. My company was dissolved on Dec 24th after I provided the Click Attorney's agent with my company information.

If you need to close your company and don't want to spend a fortune on attorney fee, Click Attorney is a good choice.

Not every startups will be successful

Not every startups will be successful - I have learned it the hard way. My mobile app business never make any revenue and I need to shut it down quick to avoid accumulating state franchise tax.

Anyhow, most of my local attorneys quote me over $1000 for a dissolving service. I googled a bit and found Click Attorney. They only charge like $100 to handle all the dissolution paperwork for me. The work was done professionally after 2 weeks, and my company was dissolved.

If you want to dissolve your company quick and doesn't have the money, Click Attorney is a good option for you.

I had to close down my sandwich shop…

I had to close down my sandwich shop back in May. When I called a few business services in my area, they all asking me over $500 just to file the dissolution paperwork.

Anyhow, i gave click attorney a shot because they have a low price (less than $100). The agent was very good and make sure I did everything in compliance with the state law. My business was dissolved after just 3 weeks. I just saved a lot of money in legal fee.

After my husband died

After my husband died, I was no longer able to run the boutique coffee shop that we had owned for over 10 years. I reached out to Click Attorney for help.

Tammy, the lady working there, was a great help. She guided me through to the process to dissolve my business with the state of California and the IRS. The dissolution was done just after 2 week with Tammy, and during the most emotional period of my life. All the paperwork was filed professionally and on time.

I took off 1 star because they did not offer any other services beside helping business closing down. They should do more that just that: accounting or something more. Then they can help more business grow with their professionalism.
