Never returned my money
I placed an order (CH2696) on the 10th of May and received a package on the 12th. Unfortunately it was missing Lamb Shanks. I called them and requested a refund which they agreed to pay. Since then I have been chasing them up via email and phone. Each time a promise is made to refund by the end of the day. Either they are lying or demented or just don’t care. Online transactions are based on trust and it’s sad to say that this business has lost my trust.

I am very happy with the meat and always am, customer service is brilliant, great quality for money. Only issue this time was some of the meat packets had ripped in box, maybe need to be wrapped an extra time so this may be prevented x

Over priced!
Ordered a whole sheep in March for 125.00. After the Covid they put there price up to 180.00 for a whole sheep. Really annoyed. The meat itself was nice and packaged well. Owners getting too greedy!

But , The meat does need an extra layer of cling film around as blood was leaking out of the box.
