Ordered from Robert Dyas, however the product was dispatched through Click Health & Beauty. Wrong product sent - not an obvious mistake - different brand and totally different price point. Not forthcoming with solution, but ended up being able to return.

Not a pleasant shopping experience
The product itself was a brand I knew and excellent. What I was not happy with is the customer service:
1. Item was sent in a regular envelope for letters and sticked to fit with adhesive tape. The box arrived smashed.
2. Item was not sent at the date declared, but arrived several days later.
3. I returned the item and my refund was less than 50% of the original price.
