I’ve ordered from the website a number of times now and on the whole it’s exactly as described . The products they offer change regularly based on availability and as others have mentioned Best Before dates (clearly detailed in description). I’ve not been disappointed yet and have found the special offer boxes to be great to open. When I’ve had a problem customer services (Daisy) was quick to respond and swift in action, overall very pleased and happy to say “Give them a go” 😀

I cant comment on the items, as i never received them. They told me after my order was placed and i tried to login, that i didnt have an account - confirmation of order sent to said email address. No updates on the order. they ignored all emails requesting a) why they said i didnt have an account and b) trying to find out where my order was after no tracking details a week after the order. 5 days and not even an acknowledgment of my email. if i could give minus stars i would

Have ordered in the past no problem but when my recent order arrived the box was all damaged as were the contents this was due to the courier it has to be said when I complained to Clickin it customer service on the day it arrived by email with photos they never responded till 4 days later asking me to take more pictures of the damaged items which I couldn’t as I had thrown them away will not be using again as customer service leaves a lot to be desired

Great company. My parcel arrived very quickly and was packaged really well. I was really pleased with the items and they were cheap too!

Great service. I would highly recommend. I’ve had some great deals. I especially love the deals they put on which are usually under £1. Would 100% recommend shopping here to anyone and I will certainly be shopping here again.

Didn’t fulfil their promise of next day delivery! Sent their staff home to watch the football instead! Makes perfect sense!

Edited to add:- after emails and online chat messages going unanswered it took this poor review for the customer service team to contact me. I was advised my package still hadn’t been shipped but again it was definitely leaving them that day (one part to follow the following day). Which clearly was never going to happen because Parcel Force were on strike for these 2 days. I declined this and was provided with a quick and painless refund.
The most unscrupulous thing I experienced was the email that followed offering me a £10 discount if I “revised” this review. That seems a lot like bribing me for a good review, very underhand. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love this company, their deals are amazing and have fantastic range of products. Our kids love doing taste tests with products from different countries. Always well communicated regarding delivery times.

Came box ripped open items missing, sent them a picture and messages no response then on other items the best before date had 2 days on then i soent 40 i will never see again.
