The SOP's are absolutely fantastic, easy to read and understand thus making it seamless to delegate to new Staff members, the price is also very pocket friendly.

So easy to follow these procedures step by step, the sample tracking spreadsheets with pre-existing formulas, the recommendations for both free and paid tools within the SOPs was soooooo helpful.
