Simple process of an on line assessment, that allowed next day delivery of the medicine I required. I couldn’t get a doctors appointment for 5 weeks, so this supply bridged the gap.

Well I have to say I had a great experience with this company. From the outset the website was easy to use and I found what I wanted straight away. Payment went through easily enough, so all I had to do was sit back and relax. Delivery was good, just a few days, I had it in my hands.

Great improvement and response.
Liked the on-line reviews and impressed with comments re ability to contact and speed of despatch of items, and tracking thereof. Placed order Sunday, approved early Monday - still no despatch update on our account (Wednesday) whilst webpage says despatch same day for orders approved before 3.00pm. Tried to call - five times today - we are transferring you to the next available agent, and then I get the "out of hours" message and the line is dropped
Update - made contact that afternoon on 6th call. Unable to provide answer but called back within 15 mins. Medication out of stock despite webpage saying in stock. New stocks expected that afternoon. Medication received next morning - delivery had been upgraded to next day delivery. First class response but no notification on order page of tracking details following despatch, so delivery was a (very welcome) surprise
