Great service

A useful solution spoiled by intrusive marketing.

A useful solution.
However, every time you use it the email marketing settings get reset and you get a flood of marketing junk til you unsubscribe again. Also, the chat with us dialogue is persistent, cluttering the screen. Otherwise would maybe get 4 stars.

Cancellation issues and fraudulent, unauthorized transaction

Autobilled me a month prior to due date. Could not find a link to where I could cancel or remove any auto billing. Talked to support chat, and told them to remove auto billing and cancel my account. They cancelled my account, but kept trying to bill me. Had to report it to my bank as fraudulent transactions, as I had already cancelled my account. Talked to tech support today. Allegedly, they fixed the autobill issue. Can't wait to get another text from my bank in a week...
