Easy to use to send scheduled SMS…

Easy to use to send scheduled SMS messages and great value too. I use the API with JSON but written in VBA as it links to an Excel based workbook. It was difficult to find any worked examples in VBA but it was easy to work backwards from the scripts generated by Postman. Its been working a treat now for 3 months without a hitch. Thanks guys!

Perfect platform

Perfect platform, clean services, fast support, and 100% resolution. For me, everything is going very well; everything works correctly, emails and SMS are clean. Messages are delivered reliably. I recommend it.

I have worked with click send for many…

I have worked with click send for many years and as I have worked with different companies their solution always just works - we are using them for our 2FA in our customer portal and for updates / messaging in the portal. I can highly recommend them. The api is very easy to implement.

Various issues

I had a problem finding the + to add a contact list. I found the solution myself in that my browser window was too narrow.
From a product viewpoint, this shouldn't happen. Other complaints from past problems:
1. Contact lists are kept permanently, but messages are not.
2. On creating an MMS project If there's a mistake in the process like a too big picture or a too long note or a missing Subject, the only notation is that you don't get any diagnostic.
3. For a too long note, that notation is available, but it's often a special character caused, which can only be found by trial and error (removing words and seeing if the count comes down).
4. when you pick a contact list that you just created, the number shown, meaning number of contacts in the list, is behind by one update. In other words, if you have 1 entry and then add 10 more, that number shows 1, making it seem that the 11 contacts aren't there...they are.

These are issuies I've seen over several uses. They all caused me excess time, but I now most work around. A new user will walk away!

I do like when I get my messages out, which eventually happens!

Excellent customer support via live chat

I unfortunately had needed to cancel an account because I only found out in the registration process that you had to be a business, not just an individual. I heard about an integration of Podio and ClickSend and really wanted to try this. The good news is that the live chat support (with Joey) was immediately understanding and helpful, so that i got a refund of the amount i paid before realizing that I needed a business account. This was absolutely outstanding customer service. If they ever enable individuals to acquire dedicated sms texting numbers, I will be back!!

Wish I could give them a 15.

They are one of those rare companies that actually have people available for customer service. Their platform for texting works really well. The cost is fair and it is overall a great experience working with them. They treat our little business like we are VIPs and their response time is very quick. We're there for life.
