We have used Clickstay previously and have had excellent service. Today they have fully refunded our payment which has been cancelled due to Covid. We are very grateful that we did not need to jump through any hoops. We will defiantly book with clickstay next time.

We found Clickstay to be extremely helpful after having to move our holiday dates due to Covid. They were very quick to respond to any questions and also contacted us to make sure we arrived at our accommodation ok. We have used Clickstay before and we will continue to use them. A very good company.

Absolutely brilliant.. meet and greet man Scot very friendly..clickstay fantastic.. nothing is to much trouble.. quick to respond to and message.. very nice people to deal with and 100% excellent service. Very good site easy to use & plenty of choice at reasonable prices!

I never have an issue with them and I actually prefer to book with them.
I find there Villas are better than others and like the website.

Absolutely great communication from click stay and the lovely couple that owned the villa I would definitely book through click stay again and I am definitely going back to villa sophia in 2023 .

Even though turkey was on the red list we still honoured our booking and paid the full amount for the villa. Expecting that we would be allowed to move our holiday to next year, especially as our flights had been cancelled. We were wrong,they have basically taken the full £700 off us and we've ended up with nothing. I'm now being ignored so will have to try and reclaim through the bank. Awful customer service and care about nothing but taking your money

We booked a villa Through clickstay in 2019 to go to Florida And found the company great and very helpful with any concerns we had. We decided to book with them again To go back to Florida in a villa for Christmas 2021 however with COVID concerns And the Boarders still being closed to the UK we decided it best to cancel our holiday. I emailed clickstay to see what my options were as we paid a deposit. clickstay gave me some advice to contact the Villa owner who said they would be happy to give me a full refund however they advise me to get in contact with clickstay again to ask would they be willing to refund fees and with great communication between both parties gave me a full refund. Very pleased with their services

Property no 340939 (MUC 154473) Pollenca, Mallorca, Spain. Last minute booking on-line services went pear shape. Villa was available. In the process of booking, found out the next morning (!) our booking/payment was cancelled. The villa was simply not available for the dates requested. With all respect, it is Clickstay responsibility to ensure their approved agency in Mallorca updates the villas availability without delay on-line. Poor reflection on them...

Excellent service with regards to refunding our deposit for a villa in Florida, it was dealt with quickly and refund was processed promptly. We will use them again if and when we get to fly to Florida.

Clickstay and the Villa owner, Senna, have nbeen brilliant. Our courier cancelled our flights and they were very understanding and professional throughout, adjusting our payment schedule, then refunding our deposit when we could not travel. Thank you, I cant recommend you highly enough.

My holiday accomodation in Portugal was booked in late 2019 for summer 2020. Because of Covid we were unable to travel and the owner allowed us to change our dates to summer 2021. Summer 2021 is now here and sadly we are still unable to make the trip due to the cost of testing and self isolation required on return etc. Once again the owner said he'd be happy to move the booking to Summer 2022 but when trying to change our flights and find corresponding dates available with the owner, it became apparent that they were unable to accomodate us. The owner agreed to refund his part and having spoken to a very helpful Aida (Thank you!) at Clickstay this was arranged. I managed to find another suitable accomodation for next years stay with Clickstay, so haven't had to negotiate a refund without a current booking with them, but they have been helpful, curteous and supportive in very difficult time for all involved. I would use them again for future bookings.

I had to cancel due to Covid, received a refund from the villa owner, but Clickstay decided not to refund their part which is quite shocking when you have used them in the past. I'm a frequent visitor to Florida and would have happily used them again as the service has been good, but it's the principle of holding onto a deposit during these unprecedented times that I find hard to stomach not the amount of money that I have lost. So for the sake of a few hundred pounds they will lose a lot more in the future due to the sour relationship that they have created, it really is short term thinking at the expense of long term customer retention.

Clickstay is a very nice and user friendly service. Unfortunately I canceled my booking due to COVID-19 restrictions. Clickstay made a full refund of my deposit. Thank you.

I was looking to cancel a booking and the consultant I spoke to was most helpful. I don't know it I will be receiving a refund of my deposit, but I am confident that she will do her best to help me. Thank you Dina.

Read terms and conditions, there is no refund on deposit. This is NOT the property owners, this is the greedy CLICKSTAY. They charge you and they also charge the property owners commission and once you book they keep the money no matter what.
