Had a great experience with a service provider but not with ClickTrans.

I wanted to leave a good review for the transport service provider on the platform. Reviews are an important part of the trust building and assurance process for prospective buyers. It's fundamental to a platform like ClickTrans too.

ClickTrans site threw up an error message every time I tried to leave the review. I tried on different devices, logging in/out, different days, etc. All to no avail.

I sent the review direct to the transport provider as he was in touch with their customer support to try and resolve.

Eventually I was able to leave a review via clicking a link in a ClickTrans email. Only the review (a short one) was truncated, leaving off the final few sentences.

We then had a ridiculous series of emails over a number of days from ClickTrans support wanting all sorts of extra confirmation of the review, despite me having sent it to the provider and also confirmed that that was my review.

Yes, it necessary to maintain the integrity of the review system. But also, customer service staff need to use a little bit common sense and initiative and pick up on the cues when end-users are getting frustrated with them.

It might seem a minor issue (it annoyed the transport provider no end too) but it's turned me into someone who won't use the ClickTrans platform again. I'd rather use Shiply, Uship, or any of the other similar platforms. At least their software works first time.

EDIT: the charade with customer support continues. They are now replying directly to my emails with my review (as per their request) mistaking me for their customer and saying that I (at the end user) haven't been in touch.

I have never encountered such inept customer service agents.

From beginning to end a great and easy service. I made a move from the Netherlands to Spain and via Clicktrans hired Ruslan to make the move. Ruslan is a great communicator and will give you a very fair price. He also helped with loading and unloading for an extra fee.
