Muy buen precio. Nos equivocamos al reservar el avión y tuvimos que modificar los días de la reserva (acortar un día la estancia) nos facilitaron rápidamente ayuda y lo resolvieron rápido y fuera del horario normal de oficina, la única pega que le veo es que era necesario contactar en inglés y cuando me llamaron por teléfono me costó un poco entenderlo (además la llamada se entrecortaba) pero hicieron por ello y se pudo resolver rápidamente el asunto.

Very good price. We made a mistake when we booked the plane and we had to change the days of the reservation (shorten the stay by one day) they quickly provided us with help and resolved it quickly and outside normal office hours, the only downside I see is that it was necessary to contact in English and when they called me on the phone I found it a little difficult to understand (also the call was choppy) but they did it and the matter was resolved quickly.

This was the first time I booked an hotel room without going through the Hotel directly and received the Best service. Everything that was advertised was on point. ClickTrip for me is the benchmark for professional customer support and service. They put the customer first. I experienced a fraud case involving a fraudulent booking with my credit card. Imagine this happening to you and your credit card company not able to help you redirecting you to the travel agencies. Thank god ClickTrip has an emergency button on their website. Which I think all and every travel agency should have. Once I got in touch with Anders Kasperse,
Customer Success Manager I felt relieved because of the tone of voice and the way he talked me through the whole process. Anders is a lifesaver and took direct measures in canceling the fraudulent booking and making sure that I was continuously updated about the progress of returning my money.
