I appreciate their efforts in processing a refund for my booking, even though it was past the cancellation deadline. This exceptional service encourages me to continue booking with them in the future.

I recently accidentally booked a hotel for a vacation on the wrong dates through Clicktrip, and since it's through a third-party, it was stated to be nonrefundable. I didn't find out until my family and I had already arrived at the hotel a week prior to the booked days and they told us, and since it was a lengthy stay, this made it a difficult situation both financially and in terms of having a place to stay considering we were far from home. It was frustrating to us to have to pay a significant amount for a stay that will never happen, even though I know it was my fault for accidentally choosing the wrong dates. Since it was stated to be nonrefundable, I didn't have much hope, but I contacted Clicktrip to see what we could do. The representatives at Clicktrip were very kind and understanding, and they said that they would work with us and the hotel to do whatever we can do. My family and I ended up staying at another hotel, but we kept in touch with Clicktrip throughout the next few days. The Clicktrip representatives went above and beyond in trying to get a refund for us, with numerous contacts with the hotel over the next several days. Then, I got a call stating that Clicktrip had successfully negotiated a full refund for us! This was surprising to us, and we were very grateful for all the support Clicktrip provided. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the support and fantastic customer support provided by Clicktrip, and I would definitely be happy to book through them again!

The prise they write is not the prise you pay. All fake.

I've never used a third party booking before and was pretty hesitant and then nervous after my payment attempt(s) ran into a snag.
The service manager called me back immediately after being cut off and worked diligently along with another service agent to complete my booking saving me a lot of money.
I most definitely WILL be using them again!

I was a bit hesitant to book through them because of its "too good to be true" prices. It turns out to be a real deal for hotel booking. First experience was very good with them. I hope they wont sell this business to bigger players like every other good startup

I booked a hotel stay in Vienna, for me a first with click trip. Due to late arrival, the hotel was informed by click trip within a day, assurances were given it would not be a problem, and both click trip employees were very friendly and customer-oriented. My travel was delayed by a day and they helped me arrange the change in the hotel. When I arrived a day late the reservation date had been moved and no additional fees added. It was a great relief and I'm thankful.

The booking process is extremely easy. Pricing is competitive. I had a couple of questions about check in as arriving very late (01.30 am). Response was very quick and provided comfort that all was OK.
