We went to Stratford -on-Avon Christmas Market.

We went to Stratford -on-Avon Christmas marked yesterday 15/12/2024 and had a great day, plenty of Christmas stalls and the Christmas spirit was all around us. Sean the Click Trips coach driver was great as usual and Lisa our steward was brilliant in looking after us all. We would like to say Merry Christmas to all the Click Trips staff and thanks for looking after us on all the 40 coach trips we have been on with you and we will be booking more trips in the new year, Steve & Maureen Myring.

Honestly speaking I choose to book…

Honestly speaking I choose to book through Clicktrip because of the price, I find it cheaper than all other hotel booking sites, but my visa delayed more than expected so I have to contact them for new checking date, my booking type was non refundable fully paid on booking, to my surprise they understand my situation and assist me to get amended date by negotiating for soo long with the hotel I booked. They really passed my expectations and I honestly recommend them for everyone who have travel plan! They are transparent and reachable at any hours of the day! This is from my recent experience as I have to contact them for amendments twice. Special thanks for Laila, Innes and all the staffs who assist me in my process.

Called customer service since I didn’t…

Called customer service since I didn’t receive a confirmation, and found out that I have given my email address wrong. Aaron the agent who assisted me went above and beyond to help me sort out the issue. He even called me back to assure that I have received the confirmation on my email. Kudos for an Excellent customer service.
I also booked the best rate you can get for that particular hotel with breakfast included for 3 people. Will use clicktrip again for future bookings. Thank you so much.
