David who came to see me was very good …
David who came to see me was very good explaining everything about Climaster storage radiators. I was surprised at the cost of the radiators, as David talked to me i thought they would be more expensive. The men who came to fix them in were very polite, efficient and left everything tidy. I look forward to a warmer home next winter.

The work to install the heaters was great but a few clips to hold the cabling could have been a bit tidier, and the sales man a bit less pushy

I think giving a 5 star rating shows that I was pleased with the experience. The workers were brilliant and the first two arrived in very good time especially as they had travelled a long way. Seems to be reasonable to run but the winter could be quite expensive with a cold house like mine. We will wait and see

Very efficient and overall responsive
Very efficient and overall responsive. Only minor issue was because we were only having one radiator installed we had to wait until they were in our area, which was longer than expected. But doesn't take away from the complete difference the radiator has made to the coldest room in our house!

The actual fitting was brilliant. Exceptional staff. However the communication beforehand was painful. I had to keep contacting them for installation dates and info. Very frustrating as promised everything speedily but felt let down

Great Customer Service
I had been having issues with my radiators disconnecting from the wi-fi, so I gave Gary Lomax, whom I had dealt with previously and who was always helpful and obliging. Via Gary, Oliver from tec services contacted me, all within an hour of my initial message. Oliver was super helpful and guided me through the process with patience and clear explanation, even providing me with a few hints to make the process easier should it happen again. This is proper customer support. Top notch!

The two operatives turned up on time, and worked quietly and efficiently, leaving no mess. They also clearly explained the remote wifi operation of the system and helped me install the app.

Hot water system upgrade …
My hot water tank was getting very old and in need of replacement as I live in a hard water area I think that it had got clogged up with limescale. Hot water pressure at the kitchen tap was very poor, so after some research online it seemed Climastar had a solution to the problem. Living in a bungalow with a header tank in the loft that cold not be replaced due to space restrictions I contacted the company who sent a technical engineer to see what could be done, the upshot is that I now have one of their Thermal Battery Systems fitted instead of a tank. As the unit runs on mains pressure cold water and only heats it on demand when the hot taps are used it should be more economical to run in the long term. The very skilled fitting team took about 3 hours to swop the units over and drain and seal off the loft tank, the old copper tank was taken away for disposal and everywhere left neat and tidy, a good job , well done. So I now have proper pressure hot water in the kitchen / bathroom, not a cheap fix, but a very needed one. Best wishes to all involved in the project

Prompt and efficient service. I of my heaters developed a crack on the front plate just after installation, but was replaced as soon as possible, engineer coming from Stoke on Trent Easter Saturday.Great service!
Heaters are very good, very flexible for your needs. I love the app too!

No-fuss sales, installation and operation
Sales literature and online information reasonably clear (could always be better). Salesperson thorough in surveying, listening to what was wanted, and providing information and costings, with no pressure sales-talk. No long wait for installation. Helpful and regular phone contact in advance of installation. Installers very efficient, but should carry protective floor sheets -dismantling old storage heaters can be messy. With a little patience, Harmony control system is relatively easy, including remote adjustment with the phone app. Heater is very responsive, and produces an all-round dry warmth. Running costs for our modest flat have been quite reasonable, especially we now have more precise control.

Every person that I had contact with over the whole time I was arranging the change over from storage heaters to the climastar heaters ,was friendly curtious and knowledgeable about the product and the fitting requirements.the fitters were friendly,quick and cleaned up when they finished.

Delighted with Climastar
Staff at Climastar have been excellent from first contact to post-fitting. Excellent radiators, which warm my home quickly. They look good and I appreciate the cruise control. Rooms are kept at the set temperature throughout. Chase and Dane were quick and efficient fitters and very respectful and polite.

Continuing Problems
Well, my previous review of my experience with Climastar radiators resulted in a site visit a day or so later. The engineer got both radiators online and up and running. So far so good. Except that they now oscillate between online and offline & have problems maintaining their internet connectivity. Much as I try, I cannot get one radiator to come back online. They seem to have a mind of their own.

The product is great and does exactly what it says it does. When the radiator in the lounge is set to 23 it keeps the room permanently at 23.1. Climastar are also a great company as they do exactly what they say they are going to do and at exactly their stated time. Can't ask more than that!
