We ordered our corner sofa and chair and we were asked did we want it the next day but I had other things to get out of my house. I was given another date for delivery and it arrived safely. The furniture is lovely, the fabric, the colour is so nice, the photos don't do it justice and I would happily buy from the company again and would recommend them to anyone

To start of forget that 1 star id put 0 if it was an option!Absolutely disgusted!I ordered a dining table as just got rid of our old one,they said pay on delivery so they 3 days after placed order came to deliver table ,2 men came to door and started to bring table in,one man however saw our money ready to give them on the side grabbed it left us with this table (THE WRONG TABLE DIDNT EVEN COME WITH ALL THE PARTS,BOX BATTERED AND PARTS BROKE THEY BRANG 1 LEG FOR THE TABLE AND TOP OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TABLE AND 1 SCREW!) and legged it with the other man next minute they sped of in their van!this was a week before Christmas and I am just disgusted as was over £1000 for table and now £1000 down for my 7 children for Christmas!They left a slip with all their info on it but says they have travelled from Glasgow on slip but they sed to me they would be coming from Manchester? We are a big family so every penny counts and this has impacted us a lot as we have saved for this table!My kids are so upset as been saving for their presents too!Disgusting will be contacting the police over this!

This company isn’t even worthy of a 1 star they are scammers!

My sister in law ordered a sofa for them to deliver the wrong one, the delivery driver then robbed her of over £300 in cash!! I’ve whatsapped them on her behalf as they are ignoring her to be told if she deletes her review he will look into it, if she doesn’t then he won’t even bother! They have no intention at investigating it as they have now blocked me on WhatsApp.

Do not trust this company please stay away people, IHTESHAM ASGHAR has wrote a review on here and he's part of the company i had to send £50 deposit to him before delivery. The product i recieved was cheap quallity not what i orderd at all. Waiting for a refund but ive been blocked off there whatsapp so contacted the police now regarding this issue.

I had an absolutely awful experience with this fraudulent company, climaxfurniture.com. Please avoid them at all costs! Here’s what happened:

1. Fake Receipts: They provided a random receipt that had no connection to their business. Completely unprofessional and a clear red flag.

2. Wrong Items Delivered: I received items that were NOT what I ordered. After pointing this out, the situation only got worse.

3. Missing Money: The delivery driver handed me the wrong amount of money back once he loaded the sofas back on to the van—over £300 short. While I was counting the money, they sped off in their van (registration BX14 FYH), leaving me out of pocket.

4. No Transparency: Their online communication is sketchy. They refuse to disclose their location, and they only accept cash on delivery, which is suspicious.

5. Fake Reviews: The positive reviews on their site and on here are clearly fake. Do not trust them—do your own research first.

This company has been reported to the police and Trading Standards. They are operating a scam and preying on unsuspecting customers. Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from climaxfurniture.com!

Don’t let yourself be the next victim of this fraudulent operation.
