Great hospital took great care of me the price are great and a very clean place I stayed there for 4 nights it was great totally recommend it

Is the worst service I have ever dreamed about? I come to clinic expert in 2018. I did my lip section the service was great. I really appreciate it even so the surgery was not the best. I come back again to the clinic in April the service before I make the payment was great then when I make the full payment and I supposed to be getting ready for my surgery then this is the time when they start ignoring me and they just wanted to do my operation. Let me go without feeling well, also what happened after the operation? I come back to the UK the operation I have problem with healing now I have seen a cosmetic doctor surgeon who did exam my arm they supposed to be done labour section for the arm and they supposed to tighten the skin what they have done they didn’t do any poo this red that they have use for the operation snap meant to be for cosmetic operation because it has left me with damage arm. I got all the picture. I’m quite disappointed about the service about the money about everything , make me very depression now. I don’t know what I can do. The doctor have told me the only way through this to do another operation and I can’t do it now because I went through full anaesthetic. I have all the proof all the picture. please do not go there.

Clinicexpert was brilliant, from my rep Shahed - +90 538 953 08 86 who answered all my questions promptly and guided my all the way through up to my surgery and after surgery, she really was brilliant polite and tended to all my question and needs throughout, I would like to thank Shahed, me and my sister both had surgery and also a friend the following week who we recommended to clinicexpert, all the staff was amazing my surgeon and all the drivers who took us to and from the hospital to the hotel and the airport, I couldn’t recommend them enough, I am also looking into more surgery and this is the company I will be sticking with, thanks again to all.

My experience with Clinic Expert was a great one...they took great care of me in the airport, hospital and through Whatsapp. Rami was a wonderful consultant and helped answer all my questions and calls on time. And for the very affordable price, it was well worth the money. Thank you guys!

This company is very professional..they go above and beyond to answer all ur questions and the staff are all amazing especially buraKK..this man is so polite and has ur every need covered as your health organiser .i arrived on the 12 th may and went straight to clinic expert where I was greeted and showed my room which was big, and had a lovely big tv with Netflix …I was made up !!.my operation was on the Monday and although being nervous,buraKK made me feel calm again .. this went well and I stayed there for 2 days and then went to the Rotta hotel,a 5 star which they organised also .this hotel is gorgeous and all the time I was there I was in constant contact with boraKK and he had my every need covered ,even ordering me a take away to the hotel .how about that for service !.5star !.I’m currently at the airport waiting to fly back to the uk and again BuraKk has phoned me to see how things are going,and how I am ..I will be going back before Christmas and look forward to a pleasant stay once again .this company knows there stuff so if ur thinking of going to turkey for whatever procedure,this company and its staff can provide to a very high level .thanks my mate buraKK and clinic expert .Brian

Even though Turkey is a new country for us, they did not let us down and they provided excellent service from the airport to the hospital. Their organization and timing were excellent. My organizer CAN ( His Number +90 534 323 90 38)was very kind and did a great service with a purpose of service and not as a profession. My sincere thanks to him. Even after I returned home after my treatment, my organizer Can answered my questions over the phone in a very nice manner without any hesitation. My name is Nazeer Khan, I live in Canada and I went to Turky , before that , the face of the clinic was Aziz . It qas a great place and great result . I m referring my brother to this clinic. I hope all stays well ,it's my 4 month and all is well.

The experience was very professional the entire step of the way. The clinic’s procedure was painless and successful. This was my second time going. Aziz was incredibly helpful making all the arrangements and the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend this clinic for procedures and working with Aziz who will ensure your stay is smooth and accommodating.

I got a treatment done with this company it all went well at first but as soon as I reached back to my country my front tooth fell out in my sleep as I got crown veners which I got told would be inpossable to fall out i told my concern to my medical adviser which her answer was could of been if I grind my teeth which is not an excuse so now as I was very concerned as now my shaven down front tooth wasn’t covered it could of got infected I got told to come back over and all my teeth will be redone as I didn’t have enough money to fly back at that time I had to save up as this was so bad that the tooth fell out that soon I asked can my fly and accomadition be payed for he said yes then said only flights I was getting told loads of lies they did pay for my flights that’s it but as I went to airport the Complany there booked with wouldn’t let me fly even tho I still had 3 months left on my passport they said it had to be renewed so I did that straight away waited under 2 weeks and got my new passport booked they refused to pay for my flight now because of the trouble with my passport even tho the flight ticket the company brought me they didn’t check me in and I did not have any bag luggage so I might as well of payed for my own ticket this whole situation made me very I’ll due to couldn’t eat proply and when I was having my teeth done the dentist shaved out my filling on my back tooth which he was not even meant to touch them as I wasn’t getting crowns on them teeth I did say to the dentist why are you doing that but he replied in Turkish which I did not understand then the lady said to correct the bite so it will be even because my filling was big as underneath is a hole in the tooth that’s why the filling should of not been removed it’s very sharpe now and cuts up all inside my mouth I booked my flights back there and got told they are not sending transfer from there company to pick me up even though I payed for my hotel and flights so when I got there the dentist checked the same dentist who done my teeth yet when I was speaking to the medical adviser I got told it would be another dentist who has more experience then I told the post op team he’s name was adama and another guy who’s meant to be the manager about the dentist doing my filling as he spent loads of time shaving it down also putting some string cut up green stuff placed in the filling was it left with a whole and a really Sharpe edge now then done a X-ray the dentist and the manager said the filling must of fell out I replayed no I remember the dentist working on that back tooth and taking the filling out then they asked for money to fill it even though the dentist took the filling out what a joke all they did was make a new tooth for the missing one and didn’t fix the back tooth they destroyed my heath and mental health has been so bad since treatment with them and they say they care about health all they care about is money and then they said I got to pay for transport which was free when I payed for my treatments with them , they try charged £150 I told them I can’t pay it they knew I didn’t have money like that as I had to save just to get back over there which I shouldn’t of even of went back there if the tooth was done correctly I wish I never went to Clinic expert they ruined my life for them months I was left without a tooth and the pain my back tooth they caused and refused to fix unless I payed more money out I have lost so much weight due to stress I have even had to go doctors and hospital because of this situation I am still very I’ll and have anxiety that my teeth will fall out now and can’t eat proply and all teeth are sensitive to cold drinks I am going to uk embassy and papers about my story before it happens to someone else and save someone from this horrable upsetting situation now left with no money as they said treatment was free but and the transport should of been free but they just wanted money all they care about not your health now I have a big whole in back of my mouth causing all my tounge to bleed all the time so very hard to eat never going back to this place I thought it was a lovely place at first but I had money then so they would be nice but after care is very bad do not go to this place to get your teeth done I want compensation for my experience and all the stress and upset and all my confidence gone

My experience was when I was received at the airport by the clinic’s driver with a warm welcome and an absolute smile that made you feel that you were not a stranger to them, and after that I was also received at the clinic with all friendliness, welcome, and generous hospitality. I felt that I was among my family and brothers. The operation was done and Dr. Anur and his medical staff were more than wonderful. I did not feel tired. They were professional at work. Thank you. Just had a hair transplant last week with the assistant of M.C. Umut +90 539 777 47 60 (consultant) and it was great experiance as it was explained and managed professinally. Will surely recommend others as they exceeded my expectation's from the time landed till the operation done and the follow up by Mr Umut has been great. Would like to say Thank you to the team.

Ladies, I wouldn't recommend this place for a breast augmentation. Maybe they do other procedures well.

I recently had Hair Transplant procedure with Clinic expert, and I had a wonderful experience from the beginning of my journey I was in contact with Aziz who has been with me from the day I had made the decision to go through with my transplant answering and guiding me through the whole process and procedure with ease, It will be unfair if I don't mention the remaining team with whom I had been during my procedure the whole team really made sure that I was comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure additionally I would say the hotel, the pick and drop were like a blessing after the procedure which actually ensured proper rest and a relaxing environment. I have had a chance to see the other facility for other cosmetic procedures as well I would any day recommend to work with Clinic expert with any cosmetic procedures. Truly grateful for a wonderful experience. Kudos to the team ✌🏻

I went for gastric sleeve surgery and would highly recommend ClinicExpert as the whole week in Istanbul went flawless l. Everything that was promised was there. but what went above and beyond was Ibrahim my assistant there. He was extremely professional and helpful. He truly made this experience wonderful and is still to this day very helpful. I recommend asking for him to be your contact person and meeting him in person.

He is very professional, kind, friendly, fun and good in consulting people.He always want to know how his patients are doing. I always love his laughs as he makes patients feel relaxed.
