After talking to an agent and inviting him to see what clinicexpert can do for me to solve the problem they have caused. I am getting the following answer.

Conversation:

Me: I am just wondering if you can do a second transplant fixing the mistake you have done in 2018.

Agent: Are you trying to threaten us?

Me: No, this review is been there for 5 years. You never said anything. I am giving you the chance to solve it, and I may remove the review, as you want.

Me: If other company solves this, it is as easy as giving the positive review to that other company.

Agent: Giving us the chance. Are you trying to blackmail us, Mr Alberto, or something.

Me: No. I think you don’t understand. Have a great evening.

Agent: No from the tone of your message it's seems like this, if you solve what we have done for you you will remove the good reviews (This may be wrong, as there is no good review, from my side to clinicexpert) that you had wrote it ot the bad one because I can't open it. But the thing you don't know is that your operation was 100% successful. There are so many reasons that make you need to do another session for hair transplant one of the reason is heredity.

Me: No, the main reason is that you left me with and uneven frontline, and I need to fix it. With or without you.

Agent: When you had the treatment did you told them that I want this area as well or not. Because our Specialist team will follow the doctor instructions and if you told the doctor that I want this areas as well they will transplanted. But it's seems you forgot to say that.

Me: You see the other side, judge yourself.

I think this is good. And the other side is bad.

I am checking possibilities, but honestly I am scared of your answers now. I could plan a flight in January 2025.

Agent: I will transfer your case to the post op team.

Me: If it’s too complicated do not bother please, I prefer to pay to another company that is capable to help. Thank you.

To be honest with you. This kind of case will take care of it from the post op team. They will decide if that can be fixed or not.

I do not recommend this clinic. I had an intervention two years ago, breast skin reduction and breast implant. Two years have passed and my breasts look different one from the other, one bigger and one smaller. The surgeon did not take into account that physiologically my breasts looked different from the beginning because of breastfeeding. He put equal implants and now I have a bigger breast and a smaller one.

I had 2 visits to finish the work (dental implants and then zirconia crowns) with around 5 months gap, my first visit was not very good because my point of contact at that time wasn’t available in the clinic for support but was on WhatsApp only, the doctor didn’t speak a word of English which I didn’t know beforehand otherwise I would have asked for a translator. Luckily in the second visit my point of contact was Can +90 534 323 90 38 who is the best ever. He is very kind, reassuring and professional and knows how to keep a patient comfortable. Can showed up in the clinic for my appointments and answered all my questions and made sure I understood the plan and procedure well. My teeth treatment was great. The second visit I also had a different doctor who was more than an expert and knew exactly what to do and what’s needed without me even asking and spoke perfect english and was very pleasant to communicate with. I’m happy with the results. The only downside is that because my dental situation was complicated we finished the work last minute. I would have preferred an extra day or two to stay after treatment just in case. But in general I’m happy with the results and recommend the clinic especially if Can is your contact.

I am a 58 yr old lady who with Clinicexperts vast help was able to travel to Turkey on my own for Smart Lens Surgery.
S.Dean Arkadan was with me every step of the way, from day 1 he was by my side & in contact daily, reassuring me & answering all my questions, such a lovely helpful man who went above & beyond, even checking on me in the days following my return home, thank you so very much.
Dilan had the flights arranged in an hour & kept me posted all the way, meanwhile, Aleyna at the planning team ensured, I was booked in to the hotel (more on that later) & both picked up & returned to the airport & all transport to apts at the clinic, this service was faultless & each driver was both kind, courteous & on time, again thank you.
Tak at the clinic stayed with me throughout consults & tests, as well as before & after surgery, plus follow up visit, he was an utter gentleman, with a lovely manner, thank you Tak
The medical team were amazing & it was very clear they knew what they were doing, very professional, kind & extremely helpful, thank you to each of you, this enabled the very skilled surgeon to do his job with minimal fuss, thank you for giving me my sight back sir.
The hotel was beautiful & the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, from the night porter on arrival at 2am to the maids cheerfulness, the food was superb for variety & deliciously good, the restaurant staff were both attentive & friendly.
I must point out that all of this took place at short notice, it was 1 week from deciding to go to flying out & having the procedure.
I simply cannot rate Clinicexpert & their teams enough, if you are thinking about it, go for it, you won't regret it...

clinicexpert in Istanbul is a really good clinic. The clinic was over my expectations. I did my hair transplantion there. Everything went very good. The staff were really good and helpful. They are committed to their appointments. The doctor Nazera and the group who did the operation is alså so good. The coordinator mr. Reda is a very nice, lovely and helpful person.

It was great expirience! And…I got a very good result! Thank you very much!!!

Worst post operation/Hair Transplantation service the medical agent will not lift your calls nor reply to your texts. They simply ignore you and doesn’t care after the treatment. Worst treatment not satisfied with my decision to go ahead and do hair transplantation with Clinic Expert.

I enquired about a service which they don't offer. However, since they got my phone number I had endless calls from the clinic.

I repeatedly asked them to remove my contact as I don't need their help however I am still getting calls.

Must be desperate for customers and this is not a good sign.

I am from Toronto . I have done my recent hair transplant and the process is smooth and painless and I am feeling very happy with the hair transplant . The transportation from airport to clinic and to hotel was pretty smooth . I can say they have one of the best hair transplant team
. I am following all the instructions they have provided and it seems to be working well for me till now . One of the best traits they have is the ability to correctly execute and analyze how many grafts are required and in one week no one can recognize my donor area ( simply superb ) !! My first point of contact Mo Wahab +905397775008 was fantastic support. He arranged everything for both mum and I, whether it was transport, timing, hotel bookings etc..
A very patient and understanding man who made us feel very safe and welcome. He even checks up on you after and maintains a great relationship.

I booked with Mo again for a second time and I won’t regret it! This company and Mo have been fantastic!!
