Had a fantastic experience at mono clinic was very impressed with quality of there work service and work force that looked after you especially esra who always made sure everything was sorted to what I was needing and wanted ceren also looked after me hotel was great my next trip is may and I cant wait to return

I had dental work done at Mono Clinic beginning the summer of 2024 with five dental implants and My second visit was March 2025 to get the crowns done. I went in for a cleaning and check up to my local dentist here in canada a few weeks ago. They asked me where I had my implants done because they were not sealed properly and an infection was starting. I now need to spend thousands of dollars to redo some of the work that was completed at Mono Clinic!! I was nervous when I sat in that dentist chair as he was constantly talking on his headset while he was working in my mouth. It seemed like he was very distracted. I am not a happy customer, to say the least :-(

I recently travelled to turkey for surgery (for a second time with the same clinic).
I had Beste arrange my surgery plan from start to finish, all was perfect. I got to Turkey with my companion (who stayed free of charge as part of my surgery & accommodation package) and we had a good night's rest & off to the hospital the next morning. I went to Ekol, the same as last time and had all my tests done ahead of surgery. Had my consult with my surgeon who was warm, informative and direct. Off I went for surgery! When I woke, I had my companion with me, I had literally the tiniest discomfort and got a good night's rest. Following day I had post op check ups with nurses and my surgeon and all was perfect. The next week my companion and i stayed at mono hotel and had a very Restful time. My companion explored the surrounding area on some days and we made friends with some other patients and had dinner with them as well. We had a great experience with Gigi who arranged private transport to and from the local bazaar and we had a great time. I love my results so very much and wish I did this 10 years earlier. Said my support person from mono was highly attentive and still is post surgery, he helps me whenever I need him. The nurse has stayed in touch as well as the support network which makes me feel so safe and cared for. Thank you mono

I went with a friend in the September to have a full mouth of zirconium crowns. I had 5 root canals also. The service was absolutely brilliant. I was talked through everything every step of the way. The difference it's made to my confidence is just something else. They were friendly and very informative. Ive also since recommend friends and family to them as the service was amazing from start to finish.

My experience with Clinic Mono has been amazing, and a huge part of that is thanks to Damla. She has been incredibly supportive, professional and always available whenever I needed help. Damla truly goes above and beyond she answers questions quickly, keeps you informed at every step, and makes sure you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole process.

I have had the worst experience in the world with mono clinic from the second I arrived in turkey, to now, 9 months after my surgery. The worst results I have ever seen I look and feel worse now than I ever did before. Even some staff members have completely agreed I deserve at the very least a refund, most of them have just ignored me though as I expected. No after care once I got home, all my stitches got infected and split open I am left with large scars all over my breasts, my breasts are completely different sizes. I got an uplift and implants. My breasts are not even slightly lifted from my before picture they are just larger and look saggy and odd. I also got 360 lipo - results from this are shocking, I am not any smaller but am now left with strange lumps and bumps all over. I am more self conscious than ever before. The care when I was there was shocking, I was moved hotels and rooms 5 times while recovering from my surgery - first night spent in the creepy villa which o was promised I would not be in, I was promised a nice big hotel room with a bath in which I only got for 2 nights out of 7. The rest of the time I was passed from pillar to post. I was also charged an extra £1000 right before I went into surgery that was never discussed prior. Money grabbing company that don’t care at all. No one is willing to reply to me or help with anything at all. They also make you sign a document saying you can’t speak negatively about the company right before uou go into surgery - which is worrying and Ishould of been a huge red flag. I wish I had walked away at the time I had read that document but I had already paid and was told there would be no refund if I didn’t agree

Wish i could do negative star reviews, Currently still in a dispute against Mono Clinic. They are misleading and they pressure you into signing the agreements. I was told i will be reinstated my full deposit if i do not take the procedure within 12 months. They are trying to say about the T&C’s but i read them very thoroughly & it did not state about any reductions at the time of my initial deposit date.

They are a scam & provide Misleading/ Fraudulent information!
I’m taking legal action & suing.

Ahmet at mono clinic has been nothing but understanding and helpful and always checking in daily with me and my family I cannot recommend him and this company enough

The staff at Mono Clinic: drivers, assistants, doctors, the lady who serves Tea are all so lovely. My dentist Cha-ra (I cannot spell his name sorry), and Yasmin, I felt so comfortable with these clinical staff,,,, Gorde was great to work with, so professional, pleasant and accommodating. I particularly liked working with Yagmur who always went out of her way to help me, she is so thoughtful, caring, and always made me feel at ease, so very efficient with responses. I would recommend Mono Clinic.

The staff at Mono clinic are fantastic and the aftercare hotel is spotlessly clean. The service provided by all the staff and co-ordinators is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and there are always many people around to help - no matter what time of day or night it may be. There is a dedicated on-site nurse who is also great :)
The surgeon I had for my mommy makeover was friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and confident in moving forward with the procedure.
Said was my co-ordinator and wow.. what a wonderful addition to the team he is. He is meticulous with his organisation and makes you feel very well cared for.. you wouldn’t wish for more.
The area around the aftercare hotel is also very good - plenty of restaurants serving pizzas, pasta, burgers and traditional Turkish cuisine too and there is a wonderful coffee house 1919 just a small walk away with a Starbucks positioned directly opposite the clinic. Anyone that is serious about going ahead with plastic surgery is in safe hands with Mono clinic and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thankyou for everything mono! Xx

It’s been 6months since I got my teeth done.ive had a lot of questions in which she has responded to all messages very quickly.she is very helpful and always goes above and beyond to makesure I’m happy.also thankyou to mete at the villa who was also very helpful when I stayed there.overall experience with this company is 10/10

I am very happy with my results so far, but will definitely want the company to learn to communicate more and be honest with everything to the client before flying to Turkey.. And even when you have gone back to your country communication must be there not this silent for morethan 4-5days not knowing what going on please improve on communication skills... Otherwise everything is good and the staff was amazing

I’ve always wanted to get veneers but I was scared, and none of the medical consultants I spoke to ever explained things properly.
