Breach of guidelines
A really positive experience...
I had a really positive experience with the Mono Clinic regarding my hair transplant.
While out in Turkey I was extremely well looked after by Bekir. His English was excellent and always replied swiftly via WhatsApp if I had any queries or concerns. Having such a procedure in a foreign country can be daunting prospect, however Bekir helped the whole process run smoothly. The rest of the team (including Murat, Beste & the operating nurses) also looked after me very well, and we're extremely professional.

My Experience with monoclinic was very poor; from the day of my arrival to the day I left. Their services are poor , because they don’t care about you as a person but just your money. If u intend to have surgery with them, do take a friend or a reliable person with. Because one’s u have paid and had sugrey u are invisible to them.. they don’t care about you or your needs at all. And for someone who just had a delicate sugrey there after care is shitty. The co-ordinator are non- chalant.

I felt genuinely looked after and cared for throughout my experience. The staff — Bekir, Tutku, the transport driver, Dr Denis, and his lovely nurse , the after care nurses — were all professional, kind, and supportive. Look Mono are excellent at what they do. The hospital facilities were also outstanding; I genuinely cannot fault the clinical care or environment.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to transparency around additional costs. Expenses such as medication and blood tests should be clearly outlined before travelling so patients are not caught off guard. I felt that at times this could have been communicated more clearly in advance.
Another area for improvement relates to the recovery hotel. Room service was chargeable, which felt disappointing given that this is a designated recovery hotel. After surgery, it is not always dignified or comfortable to sit in communal dining areas while visibly recovering. In my opinion, waiving room service charges for at least the first few post-operative days would significantly improve the overall experience.
Aside from these points, I would absolutely recommend them and would return for future procedures

I recently had a hair transplant and some crowns done at Mono. Said was my consultant. He was a great help and made my journey easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him, he is calm and has a great aura. 👍
Breast implant
Had breast implant surgery & the experience from start to finish was great, Beste the patient service coordinator who organised everything from the beginning, flights, hotel and transfers, itinerary & payment in clinic was super helpful answered all my questions. Ahmet the medical coordinator was always at the end of message to answer all my queries. Bekir was my coordinator during treatment, so he was with me every step of the way during hospital stay & he was amazing. Overall the Hotel stay, clinic visit, hospital stay was all great, I was treat better & more efficiently than in the uk. Recovery afterwards in the hotel DBD was fantastic, looked after well by nurse Almira, always there for advice or to help with medications. I am very happy with everything and most of all my breasts are amazing, my surgeon Dr Yildirim done a fantastic job.
