My experience at mono clinic …
My experience at mono did come with some challenges. However, overall things went very well, and I'm very happy with the results. I have some honorable mentions, people who helped really make my experience special. Bekir was very good about handling communication, if I did have a challenge and needed something addressed he was always attentive, making sure that my questions got answered, the nursing staff at the hotel, specifically berat who made me very comfortable and cared for in my medical care, both of the food service/bar staff, unfortunately I do not remember their names, and lastly my Doctor, Dr Ergin Erdogan who has worked art with my mommy makeover liposuction breast lift and augmentation and bbl. Thank you to the rest of the staff for your help as well.

Mono clinic. All I can say is thank you. What an easy process from start to finish. There was a couple of little bumps in the road but everything was resolved easily and now I’m 9 months post surgery and I’ve never felt better. Huge thank you to my surgeon Dr Deniz and mono’s own Esra. Couldn’t recommend monoclinic enough… maybe see you again soon, who knows🫶🏼

I had breast augmentation done on Feb 2026. I must say that everything went smooth and nice mostly because of my host- Esra, who is a superstar 👌🏽💕⭐️. Clinic mono was recommended to me through a friend. Said has been brilliant in assisting me with my enquiry and questions. Hes very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in his approach. Mommy makeover
I got a mommy makeover in the first week of march which included breast uplift , 360lipo and a tummy tuck .
First of all the team are always very quick to respond whenever I had any queries at any time of the day before and after my surgery
Tutku was the one who was dealing with all my queries and helped out with any translations , she did her job very well and was always there to help with any questions or problems I had.
When we landed our transfer was there and ready to pick up us up from the airport
Met my surgeon on the day of my surgery which he was great and very informative and patient .
The days after my surgery were good , I stayed at the hospital and extra night as I was not well enough to go back to the hotel and the clinic sorted that for me
When I got back to the hotel I had two nurses take care of me everyday until the day my flight home.
Bart and Almira were my nurses and honestly they were both AMAZING , I did not have any complaint about either of them , they were both so so patient with me , never rushed me , were Very very gentle , especially when I had my drains taken out . I also asked them a bunch of questions which they always answered , they were both so informative! Very very happy I had those two nurses. Anyone who has them are very lucky and are in good hands.
My surgery over all went well , the guest coordinator was also very professional and kind!
Now my only complaint is ..
Before my surgery I did ask about extra charges and I was told that what I paid covers and includes everything.
Only to find out that I had pay extra for my medication… I don’t mind paying but I think it should be been mentioned before.
Also due my iron deficiency they recommend blood transfusion , they said they would need about 3 bags , and if they were not used I would get my money back .
I know 1 was used as I saw but no one told me about the other two if they were used or not , but I had pay 700€ extra for the blood , which would of been better if they had told me before
The hotel that works with the clinic that you stay during recovery is a really nice hotel but only thing is you cannot bring outside food , so unless you leave the hotel to eat you had to eat from there which if you had the surgery I had you know it can be difficult the first couple of days.
Other than that the clinic it self is a great , the staff were lovely , my surgeon was great. So overall the 4 stars I would give 5 if not for my two issues I had

Ignorant and Unhelpful
First i put my deposit down as a friend had recommended the flexibility the company offered, so i thought “great lets try this” Life got in the way, financially i was struggling so reached out to the team to get a refund as nothing had been booked such as dates, transportation, appointments etc. ive tried about 4 times to get a refund of my deposit and all i get is ignored. every single person who seemed so helpful at the start has ignored me. i felt pressured talking to the team at some points, the constant messaging for more money for this this and this, but as mentioned i was and still am financially struggling due to family issues. i wouldnt recommend this team at all, not helpful at all if something in your personal life changes. and they dont even follow their own guidelines stated in their website about refunds! PLEASE REFUND ME I AM FED UP OF ASKING!

Let me First start with
Caner - He is the person who initiated this journey for me. When I contacted Mono, I was uncertain as I had many other options I was considering, but Caner made it all happen. He would reach out to me weekly. He reassured me, answered all my questions, and collaborated with me. He is truly the best at what he does!! Without him, I wouldn’t be where I am today. He gives the best image for Mono clinic.
Almira - she’s a Aftercare nurse at the hotel who made my stay unforgettable She truly is the best person ever! And honestly, the hotel should be so proud to have someone like her on their team. She goes above and beyond! She provided me with the best advice and would frequently come upstairs to check on me. When my child felt a bit warm, she also came up to check his temperature. Not only was she looking after me, but she also cared for my children. I was quite anxious due to a lot of swelling and bruising, and she was the one who eased all my fears! Without Almira, my visit wouldn't have been nearly as enjoyable. Please encourage everyone to be as kind as she is, and also to another aftercare cure whose name I sadly can't recall, but he had long hair! He is another gem! He also goes above and beyond, not just for me but I would see him rushing around to assist others! He truly goes the extra mile as well. I honestly adore these two! Please always take care of them!
Said - This is a bit of a different situation. I will speak nothing but the truth. He added me to a group chat with a few managers, and when I arrived at the airport, I stood exactly where I was instructed. However, no one showed up. I wandered around the area I was told to wait while my partner stayed put with the kids in case the taxi arrived, but after 40 minutes, still nothing! We messaged the group chat, contacted the hotel, and even asked around, but the man at the airport informed us that our transfer had not been arranged, so we had to wait. Eventually, we were taken upstairs and placed in a taxi that looked different from the one in the initial pictures sent to me, and my kids were really excited to ride in the car that was first shown to us.
Since no transfer was organized, I was inclined to cancel the entire treatment. I candidly informed my husband that I wanted to go elsewhere, but he persuaded me otherwise.
The next day, he came to see me and walked in and I had a drink of water in front of him , he told me that the doctor would now not operate on me now that I had drank some water . He told me that he reminded me on text a day before to not eat or drink , which left me shocked and confused since I didn’t recall seeing that, especially with my phone battery running low. I checked the message again when he left the room as I was sure that I never got told that. Then I checked and he actually said not to eat or drits*
So he actually done a spelling error and I didn’t realise that he was actually telling me not to drink before surgery. I genuinely didn’t realize that I wasn’t allowed to drink otherwise I wouldn’t of done it! I wouldn’t of paid nearly 5k just to get my operation cancelled!!
Then after my operation I requested pictures of my nose at 14:21 the next day and followed up again at 16:55 to remind him as he said he would send but he told me he is waiting for the doctor. He assured me he would send them in 30 minutes.. few hours go past and I asked again, as I don’t mind waiting, but please, if you say 30 minutes, stick to your word, as I’ve been misled a few times already by him.
A day before my flight
14:45 I asked Said about transfer to the airport but he did not respond.
18:28 I asked said about transfer to the airport again , still no reply.
18:53 sent pictures of my boarding pass still not reply but he would see all the messages but not reply.
21:51 - he responded to me.
I would of given a 5* but sadly
Due to one person I will not be.
Think before you go..
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this agency to think very carefully.
My friend and I travelled to Turkey for breast reduction surgery arranged through them. Before travelling, we were given a quote for the procedure package and expected that price to be accurate. However, once we arrived in Turkey, additional charges suddenly appeared that had never been mentioned beforehand.
My friend was told she had to pay an extra £125 for medication, which had never been discussed before we travelled. In my case, I was told my blood count was low and that I needed to pay an additional £325 in case a blood transfusion was required. While I completely understand that this can be an important medical precaution and potentially lifesaving, the issue is that this possibility and the extra cost were never explained to me before travelling. If this had been communicated beforehand, I would have made sure to bring extra money rather than being put under pressure to pay unexpectedly in a foreign country.
I was also told that if the blood was not used, the £325 would be refunded after surgery. The blood was not used, yet I only received £300 back, with £25 deducted for “bank charges”. I had to dispute this through my bank because it did not seem fair to lose money for something that was never used.
Another very concerning issue was privacy and consent. We both signed a form clearly stating that we did not consent to our before-and-after photos being used or posted publicly. Despite this, the clinic/agency still posted my friend’s photos online. We had to contact them and request that the images be removed, which should never have happened in the first place. Posting patient photos after a patient has explicitly refused consent is a serious breach of trust and a breach of the agreement we signed.
What was also disappointing was the lack of support after surgery. Once the procedures were completed and payment had been made, communication with the agency became extremely difficult. We were placed in a hotel and it was very hard to reach anyone when we had questions or needed assistance. When travelling abroad for surgery, patients rely heavily on the agency for support, and this level of communication was simply not there.
As for my breast reduction results, it has only been about one month so I understand healing takes time and the final outcome cannot be judged yet. However, at the moment one breast is noticeably larger than the other and the nipples appear uneven and misaligned, which is quite worrying. I truly hope this improves with time, but right now the results are not what I expected.
Overall, the biggest issues with our experience were lack of transparency about additional costs, poor communication and aftercare, and a breach of patient privacy regarding photo consent. Travelling abroad for surgery requires a high level of trust and honesty, and unfortunately our experience did not reflect that.
I hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and improves their transparency, patient communication, and respect for patient consent so future patients do not go through the same experience.
